We’ve been using a version of this for years and it was working extremely well, until recently. Now several of our submissions are showing errors and don’t send. We have to delete the app and then reinstall it, only for it to work for the first submission and then go right back to having errors again.

Why this app doesn’t show location of my device on the map, why do I have to look for my position in google maps and than zoom around on map in this app to pinpoint where I am to take a screenshot, this has been BROKEN for YEARS!!!!!

Constantly having to redownload after files cannot be opened for print. Repeatedly asking for notifications after every sent form. Honestly makes my job harder than it does easy.
