I purchased iRunnerRunJogTracker several years ago for like $12 or $14 and loved everything about it. Several years later iRunnerRunJogTracker took away features that I had in my first purchase like taking pictures & saving them. iRunnerRunJogTracker said that I needed to upgrade to a new version and pay to get the feature. It seems like I paid for the creators to see what features were used most and then charge me again on an upgrade. Great deal for iRunnerRunJogTracker producers but shady deal when that was not expressed openly.
I’ve used iRunner for years. Matter of fact, it’s the only app I’ve highly recommended to my walk/run friends. However, lately I’ve been walking with a friend who’s using iRunnerRunJogTracker per my recommendation. We walk the same distance and my pace is typically faster than hers on the pavement. Yet, our pace and distance trackings vary by as much as a half a minute and a tenth of a mile. The problem is that her pace is reading faster and her mileage is reading longer than mine although she’s slower, and we’re walking the same distance. This is problematic. I want EVERY BIT OF CREDIT I deserve for the work I put in. Please fix this. (Important note: I use my Apple Watch. She doesn’t have one.)
I have used iRunnerRunJogTracker and it’s sister app iWalker to track my hiking stats including distance, CPM, STM, pace, elevation and route map. I could then share those stats by emailing them to myself (including charts and map) so I could upload them to my hiking clubs meetup site. All free. Fitdigits has eliminated everything and disabled its iWalker app entirely. Now you must pay an exhorbitant $9.95 a month membership fee for any useable data. iRunnerRunJogTracker is now useless and the membership fee a ripoff.
I love iRunnerRunJogTracker and have been using it for my walks for the past couple months. One of my favorite things about it is tracking my average pace. Since the update last week now the number of steps is on there twice and average pace is gone. I would give it 5 stars if you bring that feature back.
Used to love this. Now GPS tracking is often wrong or doesn’t start until about 5 min into a workout (even though timer starts from beginning). Think I need to look for a new app
I have been using iRunner for several years. I like it more than several others that I have tried, although all have their strong and weak points. I’m a 64 year old with hypertension, and my goal is just to slow the aging process. (I’m not expecting a call from the USOC). I particularly like the feature that tells me how much my heart rate has decreased at 1 and 2 minutes after a workout. The screens are very customizable. My only complaint is that sometimes the customizations don’t seem to appear where I expect them to, but I probably just need to re-read the instructions.
I use this ap for running, waking and biking. It always performs well and even allows me to look back and see how I am progressing. I love it!!
Need to run 2 to 3 miles 4 times and 4 to 5 miles twice
iRunnerRunJogTracker takes a while to start most times and most times it stalls during the use. Non reliable
Easy to use, ideal for all levels if fitness. I have several friends who use it. It was recommended by one of my friends.
Apple update would not allow my Scosche Rhythm+ to function. Downloading the Rhythm Sync App and syncing resolved the issue.
Irunner lives!
Great app gives your distances times plus more every 5 minutes I’m set for can be adjusted to be notified any time frame
iRunnerRunJogTracker has behaved nicely for me (except for disappearing 60% of my travels a while ago) for several years. Recent update, seemed to be ok. Walk tonight's map has an interesting extraneous "you walked here" line on it in a place I sure didn't walk. The "distance walked" metric did not include that line's distance. I will be watching...Stars will go up if this blip doesn't continue happening. It's a good little tracker ordinarily.
No blip on same route today; stars up from 3 to 5.
Have spent a lot of time running and biking with iRunnerRunJogTracker tracking my miles, speed and heart rate. Have used iRunnerRunJogTracker for years and it keeps getting better!
As a iBiker app user for a while now, I have enjoyed the fantastic tracking abilities provided. Now, I am using iRunner to track my runs after being able to transfer all my iBiker runs. I still use and enjoy iBiker when tracking my trail rides. Use of both is seamless.
I have been using iRunnerRunJogTracker for several years now. It tracks so many different types of activities and it makes it easy to toggle through them. It shows you many different views of your completed activity as well. Great app!
I have used iRunnerRunJogTracker all over the world (I am in the US Navy) with perfect tracking on runs and walks. Has all the features anyone needs, plus in-app upgrade if you want to synchronize with a heart monitor and other advanced features which I have not needed.
My husband & I are streak runners & have run daily the last 6 years using iRunnerRunJogTracker. I started using it in 2014. irunner keeps track of our mileage. I can pause it during my run and see my progression throughout the month, as well as my history. We’ve had no issues. irunner is definately the #1 running App out there!
My previous review mentioned the glitches iRunnerRunJogTracker had. It did not track the distance ran accurately. Now iRunnerRunJogTracker has no glitches or problems for me. I think the update may have fixed this months ago. iRunnerRunJogTracker probably has the most types of physical activities to choose from. This is my to go to app for exercise! I only use on other app and that is for cycling. iRunnerRunJogTracker is compatible with the lose it app. Works with the Apple Watch!
I love this to track my walking & now my bike. We recently got new e bikes that also track our miles & time but I still like iRunner to track my calories & also compare accuracy!
