What is going on?

I bought this app. several months ago, it worked fine, I downloaded the latest update and now, when I click on it, to open it the screen just goes to white, than back to normal. I have contacted the company, there is no reply!!!
Quit working

I got it to work a couple times after downloading it, but now it quit working. It does not upload anymore. Please fix the problem
