iTranslate stopped opening last night, & won't open today, July 12, 2024. When I tap the icon, it immediately shows the "circle arrow," but the arrow doesn't move. I opened the phone's app index & cleared the cache & it still wouldn't open. I restarted my phone & it still doesn't open. Help?
When I try to download Vietnamese translator for offline mode, iTranslate stops.
App does not open at all.
I have subscribed via the American Express Platinum offer for the first 12 months free to iTranslate Pro. I have downloaded the iTranslate Translator app to my iPhone running the latest version of ios 16. All attempts to log in using the email and password entered when creating this subscription result in the display of an error popup that reads Error Login failed. Error code: 18400 I AM able to login using my browser to the site at iTranslate.com using the credentials created when creating the subscription today. Please advise as to how I overcome this error condition when using the iTranslate Translator app on my iphone.
Getting an error as certificate for this server is invalid you might connecting to the server pretending to be api.itranslate.com which could put your confidential information at risk . Please help to get this issue fix
