Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Bentos app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Bentos app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bentos app on iPhone
Update Bentos app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bentos iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bentos on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bentos network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Bentos not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Bentos app issues:

Force Stop the Bentos App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Bentos app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Bentos to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bentos App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Bentos app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Bentos.

Fix Bentos unable to contact server/ Bentos internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Bentos » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Bentos » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bentos on android.
