The older version was laid out w menu items, and I could actually search for items I was looking for. It doesn’t look to be the case for this one.

This has got to be the worst so called + Plus new app

Keep the current application of the this app app in operation.
This is not an upgrade. It’s a downgrade.
Maneuvering is sloppy and feels cheap.
Saving money???? This is NOT the way to do it. Quit buying your employees dumb T-shirts and leave in the IT department.

Why do I have a mobile app that’s named differently from the web app? It makes you think they are two different things. There’s more features on the web than on the plus app and more features on the original this app app. What’s “plus” about it?

Where is the iPad version? Some of us use iPads because we cannot do EVERYTHING on a phone’s small screen. Using MyMercy on an iPad merely gives you MyMercy the size of a phone, not using the full real estate of the larger screen. You can do better! The older app version worked great with the iPad.

Most of the buttons at the bottom are broken? Potential scam, need to check.

Terrible tablet layout.

I tried this when reinstalling the this app app but I am wondering if it is a fish scam or something? The alerts page is gone and I can’t find my bills alert with what I owe. Maybe it’s an old app because it looks and feels 10 years ago?

After several years this app perfected itself so it was beneficial to the patient. However, the new + version adds nothing but ways for Mercy to promote itself. More irritating to me is I can no longer use my Windows desktop to review test results, etc; in a full page readily formatable and printable format. We appreciate mobile aps as much as the next guy but there is still no substitute for a desktop computer. Please add a Windows/MAC version so your vision impaired patients are not tied to a handheld device.

Doesn’t show my care team. Missing almost all of my health information. Can’t attach it to my homepage on my iPhone.

App looks great so far..but some people don’t do all there business on their cell phone.This is a REAL irritation for iPad or computer users.

Great way to search for doctors and find appointments quickly!
