This app has been rubbish since release. It stalls, hangs and has an incredibly hard time connecting and submitting the declaration. You often get to the option to put your phone number and name and email in and then the Save button simply never works. Total garbage every time I have tried to use it.

Unrealistic to complete whole process in less than “24 hours before departure)!!!
When traveling between multiple countries. the cost on roaming is very expensive! There was nothing ask on this app that could not been ask several days before cruise departure.

Stability issues

I found that the app jumped back out of the declarations details page when attempting to paste my NZ contact address several times forcing me to re-enter information. I eventually got it to work by selecting the manual address entry option.
It is also a little disconcerting that a “profile” is created without any account credentials being collected.
