Spotty connection, very slow messaging system, no quality of life features. Do not recommend to anyone. We have had so many issues with Zidy including down times where we can’t message or contact anyone.

It’s a great app for businesses, and easy to navigate. It is pricey, but worth it when you need to get ahold of clients or employees, etc. I recommend getting Zidy if you have a business.

This is great for a small business owner. Don’t you get tired of answering the same questions over and over. Zidy saves you time and effort as the AI can do it all for you! It can even schedule appointments for you and reminds you about your upcoming appointments. You have the option to jump in a conversation and respond for yourself if you’d like or let AI do all the work! This is wonderful! You also have the option to receive all notifications or just appointment reminders! Highly recommend.
