do not “upgrade”
i’m not normally one to leave a bad review on things, but i can’t even see my account information. anytime i click on the app it just says “ERROR” and there’s a button that prompts me to exit the app. i wish i could get the old version back , because it was way faster and easier to understand. i was excited for an updated mobile banking app but this is worse than the original…

Extremely slow
Should have tested this a lot more prior to releasing this app. I get that they’re trying to be more modern but fix the slowness. It takes a really long time for the account info to show up once you input your log in info then once in the app to view account details it takes forever as well. Desktop site is not much better either. This is horrible.

Fatally slow
This is horrible, so slow! Signing in is soooo slow ! Checking balance and transactions take so long I’ve had to not buy something because I couldn’t move money over! Sometimes when checking transactions they won’t even load! This app is so horrible it makes me want to switch banks tbh ! Please fix speed!
