D360Bank didn’t allow me to open D360Bank because my phone is not under my name. But the same number is connected with my Abshr account. Why in the world would you care about who’s the number is belong to? What If I have a family plan ? Improve your process to check against Abshr which is the authority that you should look at not the telecoms company. This is bad practice what u doing.
Horrible bank. They are keeping my money hostage and not allowing me to transfer my money out of the account. This is ridiculous.

مشكله اذا البنك اسلوب الدعاية سخيف يعني ادع غيرك ونقدمك بالترتيب واذا مادعيت نرجعك ادفع رسوم ولا ذي المذله لا ومكتوب open accounts less then 2 minute 😂

على العموم بعد التدقيق و البحث انتصح ان ما عندكم شيء يميزكم عن غيركم و كونك بنك إلكتروني هذا شيء ضدك و ليس معك (خدمتك بطيئة حتى التسجيل مخلي الناس انتظار 😂😂😂😂)
عمليات الأبل باي بعضها تتعلق لشهور! التطبيق لا يوفر خدمة حذف الحساب نهائيًا من داخل التطبيق وهذا يخالف سياسة أبل! أيضاً خدمة العملاء عديمة الفائدة.
لا يوجد امكانية فتح حساب
للاسف التطبيق جيد وخدماتهم مميزة لكن خدمة العملاء حاجة غير طبيعية من السوء حرفيا تحس تتكلم مع اشخاص الدماغ متوقف في العصر البرونزي
جمدو حسابي كذا مرة وتخيلو كل الفلوس الي تدخل الحساب من حساب شخصي لدي فبنك اخر ومصرين انه فيه مشكلة مني عارف كيف احل المشكلة معاهم وانا اصلا مزنوق وفلوسي عندهم محجوزة

من اسوء البنوك في عدم احترام من يرغب فتح حساب لديهم .. قدمت طلب يوم الثلاثاء بتاريخ ١٦ ابريل ٢٠٢٤ واليوم ٢٧ ديسمبر يقولون تقدر تقتح حسابك .. دخلت التطبيق وقريت الشروط و الاحكام 🤦🏻♂️ بطلت افتح حساب وسيتم الاحتفاظ بالتطبيق فترة ومن ثم حذفه

تجربه جميله التحويل بدون رسوم ولا ضريبه و اسعار تنافسية و إمكانيه اضافه الأموال عن طريق Apple Pay بدون رسوم تحويل من بنك إلى بنك
I had no problems in the year 2025 and in the early months of January and February 2026. But in March 2026, I experienced anxious moments as I had made international transfer and payment was under processing status for more than 24 hours. Seeing the comments/reviews in Google review, I was very much worried and tensed that money is stuck as customer service was not responsive. Somehow the amount got thru yesterday fortunately. Seems like Thunes payment channel is having issue or with the application. Please work on it. We are sending hard earned money to India.
