Bare minimum app

When it works, it does list basic information about dining options, menus, and activities for the day. A map of the village would be very helpful, as would the ability to select and save activities of interest.

App is glitching

MyClubMed is glitching on the Program tab. It scrolls on its own which makes it impossible to see the schedule. We have a group of 8 and everyone has the same problem

Don’t waste our time

App hasn’t worked since I bought my trip months and months ago. It says I don’t have a trip planned. The website works. This is a waste of time.

My Club Med App Does Not Work

We stayed at club med in Miches Dominican, Republic, and the entire group of us could not get the my club med to load properly. We contacted several employees and they could not figure it out as well.

Truly one of the worst apps. Constant glitching and a bad layout and navigation.

We enjoyed the trip. The GOs were helpful and nice especially ARDI (sports centre) and Benz (The Deck).

Works great

First time using MyClubMed in any of the Club Meds. In Greece its working great and the navigation is so easy, I’m not a tech savvy
person. You can to get to see all that they are doing throughout the day, times, activities, restaurants and entertainment etc. hours, without having to check in with them. And order some things on MyClubMed for your room service, book spa treatments and more. I do hear it’s been updated the last few months. But Great job.

Loved our vacation

My friend and I went to Club Med Punta Cana for the first time in october and it was such a great experience!!

All activities were available. it's busy but not overly crowded. group activities were all lead so it's not awkward. food is great which was such a plus.

MyClubMed is decent, could include a couple more things but you are informed of all the schedules and can submit basic requests.

Loved it!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Club Med. The beach is fantastic and the pool has ample seating and is a lot of fun with the various activities such as aerobics, pool games, water polo water volleyball . Going in I was a little skeptical about the food as there is just the one restaurant however, I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic. While it is was buffet style, the food is fresh and continuously replenished, so nothing sits under a heat lamp for long periods. Each day the menu was varied and very creative. Their baked goods and bread offerings are out of this world. So fresh and delicious. Sharpies is a great happy hour spot to grab a snack and play some corn hike. The GO team members are there to help you enjoy the activity be it, snorkeling, kayaking, or dancing the night away. They’re very engaging and will sit and share a meal or drink as they get to know you. We had a great time there and will return.

App simply does not work

MyClubMed won’t let me log in using my file number, even though I double checked the number. Upon arrival I brought it to the attention of the concierge—and she was familiar with the problem, so it seems my experience is common. Why even have an app when it lacks basic functionality?

Beat expectations!

The food was amazing as were tye shows EVERY DAY! Loved Aquagym anc the beach! Everything was super clean with friendly attentive staff and the BEST Chocolate martinis 🍸

Not helpful

Very bare minimum information. Literally on my second day here, while still actively at the resort and on their Wi-Fi, MyClubMed says my reservation cannot be found. No way to connect with someone for help. Can’t see the menu or activities any other way. Disappointing

App still does not work for groups

Since the My Club Med app requires a sign in from your reservation. Groups do not have the ability to sign in to the Club med app. This has been like this for the last two trips/2 years club med IT people, Let me know when it’s fixed.

The Ap is garbage, dont waste your time!

The only good reviews that have been left about this ap were not about the ap at all but about the resort. The ap is a total waste, garbage and makes me really wonder about my choice. Better lower my expectations.

Painfully buggy

Crashed 4 times within 4 minutes of using. “Need help” button creates a pop up that you can’t exit. “Forgot password” takes you to a blank screen after submitting your email.

Practically unusable from start

Anyone else having the problem that the login screen won’t scroll and the pop up keyboard blocks all the fields that I’m supposed to fill in? I’ve copied my file number but can’t find any way to paste it. I’m on an iPhone SE2 running iOS17.2

Update 2023-12-28 loaded new version and now 1 line is visible above the keyboard so it’s now just barely usable - up to 2 stars.

Needs improvement

Everyone complained about MyClubMed . It was wrong sometimes and also is hard to navigate. I used it to check the times of things and the dress code. You can only book things in person, except for the spa and I didn’t try any bookings for them.

MyClubMed gets stuck after I sign in and won’t let me add a file number. If I try to log in with my trip confirmation code it freezes.

Another wonderful vacation

This was our third time staying at Ixtapa. Loved it! Wonderful staff, great food, nice variety of activities (I finally braved the paddle board and it was so fun!). Special thanks to Nathan, Paola, Lisa, Nathan and Paolo for making us feel so welcome and taken care of.

I tried to login to my account with the file number and my name and it wouldn’t let me login, saying “invalid credentials” despite this being the only information I had been sent by club med. When I called customer service they couldn’t solve the problem either.

Horrible. Does not even work

Horrible app. Buggy. Blank screens. Pops that keep popping up even after X’ing out. Cannot log-in even with verified credentials and passwords. iPhone 12 running iOS 17.3

First trip visit to this resort. Starting with the great..
Beach - Is the most beautiful of beaches we have been to in our many years of vacations.
Food - Eats we’re exceptional, many options, flavor and presentation on point. Very well prepared and beat our expectations!
Pool - Beautiful pool and temperature was refreshing.
Rooms - Are out dated as this is an older resort, but were clean A/C worked well.
Staff - Was friendly helpful. There were a few that were not the friendliest but nothing is perfect.
Bar - Disappointing.. They advertise as an all inclusive including the bar but fail to mention that anything above the well is an up charge. Was one of the staples I look for when booking. “Always Double check or call your resort to confirm “”
Over all it was a good resort!

Will not allow login

App doesn’t allow login with either file number or account credentials. Clicking on help creates endless loop.

Necessary…!

MyClubMed updates Club Med participants each day as to events, menus really helpful.

But there’s no interactive map which fit a facility like Punta Cana is sorely missed.

Visit April 5-11th

To start off the initial arrival at club med was wonderful with staff greeting us giving us the low down and offering refreshments. Upon finding our room we were a bit offset by the room itself which is quite dated. We then waited for our bags having a lie down on the bed only to notice it was two twin beds pushed together being held by a fitted sheet and two different levels of each bed one higher then the other. We brushed it off went off to enjoy some food at sharkies and wait on line at the bar for 30 minutes out of the maybe hour we spent there. Only two people behind the bar busting their butts. Onto the beach which was our absolute favorite part of the entire trip. Over the course of a few days we really felt like the staff everywhere was quite miserable despite being overly thankful for every drink made for us. We thought okay we will throw some cash at the few frequent bartenders in hopes that maybe we could make their day and feel appreciated. The only bartender we felt was happy to serve us (after some cash given) was Alex who always had a smile on. Even the people at the Gracie’s dining hall were miserable. You just would think all these people visiting and vacationing at the resort are thrilled and happy to be there and be taken care of while being thankful for the service. One woman had the nerve to question after sitting down at a table with a couple of plates of food saying “it’s just the two of you” saying yes and getting a major eye roll as she walked away. We weren’t sure what that was about. My husband on the second night came down with food poisoning and we could barely enjoy the next day with him recovering and being completely turned off by the food. We met two other people who also said they had/got food poisoning and were out for the count for a whole day. Not only that, horribly achey body in the morning after sleeping on the bed and nearly feeling you were falling into the crack on the “queen bed”. Another thing, I’ve never been to an all inclusive where you have to walk several yards to go get a drink and not have people serving on the beach (they would make a lot of tips if you had people doing that). In all honestly we felt ready to leave after three days there, getting tired of the food, tired of sleeping on a horrible bed and feeling crappy every morning. Will certainly be back to Turks but absolutely not to club med. we have friends going in June and aren’t sure if we should let them form there own opinion or warn them about our experience before they go. Do better club med. Higher standards need to be held all around for the price you pay to go there. Will not be recommending this resort.

Unusable once you log in
