Logon not working app freezes on new iPhone

MyClubMed just doesn’t work, you open it and get some sort of splash/loading screen that never goes away. Tried it on my wife’s phone with the same results.

I was advised when I made my reservation on the phone to download MyClubMed , but it can’t find me, my trip, and has an insane amount of bugs!!!!!

I can’t access anything. Doesn’t have my trip. Has a bunch of broken buttons and broken screens.

so I tried to use this ClubMed app and it was a complete failure. The password reset feature doesn't work. It emails you a GUID (long number of gibberish) instead of the generated password, so you have to reset password via the Clubmed website. Then finally after I reset the pass via the website and logged in, MyClubMed showed me that my next trip is to ... Punta Cana? in June. Problem is that my trip was to Avoriaz in January, I don't have any trip to Punta Cana. Oh and somehow MyClubMed doesn't have neither Avoriaz nor Chamonix destinations but the website shows my trips to both of these places correctly. MyClubMed is a failure and I can't believe someone got paid for making this piece of crap

Please stop telling people to download an app that doesn’t work. I’ve wasted 30 minutes of my vacation trying to get my trip to show up. Worthless

Downloaded the last update to get the promised “optimized” experience and got instead an app that is not even launching anymore! Thanks ClubMed! Could you finally get things right with app for once?

40 year IT professional. It’s not me or my gear. Does not load on iPhone. Doubt it would help much anyway given the terrible WiFi they provide to no doubt upswell you to premium service. Ask yourself... all inclusive?

If you turn off the use of private data in Settings in MyClubMed , it just turns it back on. Cannot use an app that does not respect privacy settings

MyClubMed is useless. I can see the activities schedule once and next time I come back to it, MyClubMed no longer works. I got it to work again by deleting and reinstalling... but then again only works once. Club Med needs to QC and rewrite a program. Until then, go old school and bring back paper schedules please!

I have tried to log in countless time through MyClubMed and it wont let me. I have used the number and the email with no success. I have tried to reset password and it sends me this long numbers and letters of a password that obviously are incorrect. I have done everything through the website bc its the only way to access it. Fix MyClubMed or take it down. Its so inconvenient when they don't work.

You pick water skiing then MyClubMed asks you to choose a time slot. But there is no time slot to choose! It’s broken!

This is true for all activities I checked. What a totally wasted opportunity. Would be great to connect the activities, make them available to book thru MyClubMed , pre-pay, give you directions to get there, etc.

Oh, and I just learned that after the worst login procedure ever, the very next day you have to do it again. MyClubMed doesn’t remember you! Way to go Club Med!

Seems like they didn't finish before publishing MyClubMed . Paragraphs of text get cut off mid sentence or there is white text on a white background. There also seems to be some stability issues as MyClubMed crashes frequently or jumps back to the welcome screen.

We have been coming to Ixtapa for many many years now and have seen lots of changes since we were last here 7/17. Its gone very ‘green’ so downloading MyClubMed is a must. It does show the daily activities and dress code but not the nightly menu theme at El Encanto. That should definitely be added. Also you can see your see your reservation but cant actually make one. Easy fix i think.

Downloaded a couple of weeks before our trip. It was great to be able to preview the resort schedule even before we got there. Once at the resort it was useful to be able to add activities to your schedule and MyClubMed gives you alerts so you don’t miss any of the fun.

Although I do wish MyClubMed included schedules for the daily activities like tennis and golf lessons, it's great for everything else. Best feature is the map, which doesn't just show you where your destination is and where you are, but includes the direction you're pointing as well.
