  Wasted opportunity

  You pick water skiing then the app asks you to choose a time slot. But there is no time slot to choose! It’s broken! This is true for all activities I checked. What a totally wasted opportunity. Would be great to connect the activities, make them available to book thru the app, pre-pay, give you directions to get there, etc. Oh, and I just learned that after the worst login procedure ever, the very next day you have to do it again. The app doesn’t remember you! Way to go Club Med!

  Useless App - bring back paper schedules

  This app is useless. I can see the activities schedule once and next time I come back to it, the app no longer works. I got it to work again by deleting and reinstalling... but then again only works once. Club Med needs to QC and rewrite a program. Until then, go old school and bring back paper schedules please!

  Does not load

  40 year IT professional. It’s not me or my gear. Does not load on iPhone. Doubt it would help much anyway given the terrible WiFi they provide to no doubt upswell you to premium service. Ask yourself... all inclusive?

  Worst app

  Downloaded the last update to get the promised “optimized” experience and got instead an app that is not even launching anymore! Thanks ClubMed! Could you finally get things right with app for once?

  Please stop telling people to download an app that doesn’t work. I’ve wasted 30 minutes of my vacation trying to get my trip to show up. Worthless

  No privacy

  If you turn off the use of private data in Settings in the App, it just turns it back on. Cannot use an app that does not respect privacy settings
