Descargué Wallbit para obtener una cuenta bancaria en EE.UU., pero tras completar todos los pasos y enviar mis datos personales, llevo más de 20 días esperando la verificación. El servicio de atención al cliente no responde a mis mensajes, lo que genera desconfianza. Es preocupante que tengan mi información personal sin ofrecer ninguna solución o actualización. No recomiendo usar la app hasta que mejoren estos problemas
No llega el correo de verificación

Me hice mi cuenta con Sign in with Apple. Wallbit me dice que como es correo privado, tengo que darles otro. Ok, no tiene sentido y una tontería, pero bueno, les di mi correo de Gmail. Nunca llega el correo con los 6 dígitos para crear tu cuenta. Les di correos de Gmail, Outlook, y hasta Hotmail y no llega nada. Una basura.

It would be nice if we could upload the QR code from camera roll. That would give a 5stars to this app. It works really good in Brasil. It’s easy to add funds.
