I signed up for one month of services canceled correctly checked my the subscription was canceled I’m my app subscriptions and reached out to customer support thinking this would be an easy fix. Was instead informed I purchased a second subscription the day after I purchased the first. You can’t start two subscriptions on any other app in the Apple Store at the same but seems like Clario is the exception! The Clario app status still says my subscription expired. When I explained that 1.) I signed up for one month and 2.) have the canceled status screenshot the customer service rep told me I could see I still had a subscription in my Clario account when I logged in. Why would I log into an app I canceled in April. Also the business name does not show up at Clario it’s Massprofit Anti Spy.
Also, Good luck getting this software OFF your desktop ever.

Outside of reporting on databases of data breaches and a nifty app that takes a picture of someone who unlocks your phone, every single other item is something you have to do yourself and can readily be found on thousands of Reels, YouTubes or Tik Toks or any internet search. Do not pay for this.

It just gives instructions for the user in one place. Multiple things to do and multiple steps in each one. If any, just a compilation. Do your own retains do yourself. Save yourself the outrageous fees and terrible support which sends boilerplate responses without any help. They are pretty defensive and then end with have a safe day or other fake nonsense. HUGE disappointment. Complete rip off. ClarioAntiSpy is more of a rip off than those you want to protect yourself from.

What a waste of money… purchased for a month and after 5 minutes I realized I made a mistake. It just tells you this could be this or that, it’s up to you to figure it out and honestly you don’t need ClarioAntiSpy for that… ClarioAntiSpy is a joke… the find out if somebody is spying on you is a check for updates, yep just makes sure everything is up to date and a checklist of how to stay protected…. Network scan for hidden cameras is a scan to tell you connected devices… something you can do very easily. Take my advice and don’t fall victim to this money grab… hope this helps

Canceling on ClarioAntiSpy isn’t going to stop your subscription. You will still get charged. Their customer service won’t back down. I canceled via ClarioAntiSpy weeks before the subscription was up and they still charged me. Even ClarioAntiSpy says “your subscription has expired” and has the renew option. It is now under investigation with my credit card company.

They make it so you almost can’t cancel. Cancelling in ClarioAntiSpy gives you repeated errors. Then, you can’t chat in to support bc that doesn’t work either. The screen goes blank. Then you have to find the contact form on their site, and days later they eventually reply. Trash.

ClarioAntiSpy doesn’t allow you to try it even once without handing over your credit card number and spending $8 and some change for a recurring monthly bill! Can’t work well if they feel the need to collect money before doing anything. Scammy.

Don’t waist your money one ClarioAntiSpy. All ClarioAntiSpy is an instruction guide to tell you how to secure your using the instructions you can find online and on apples website for free. The only actual scan it does is to tell you if your iPhone has the current iOS or has been jailbroken. Not worth the cost.

App is much less robust than their marketing suggests. Significant amounts of the benefits or activities they tout, are actually just a checklist telling you how to configure your phone… not impressive.

Overall. I think they mean well but I wouldn’t recommend using ClarioAntiSpy.

ClarioAntiSpy is great but the Virtual Location feature shows “Something went wrong”

I am now learning to use it , but having it a small bit of comfort knowing that I have some protection against any breaches

It’s good and all but I don’t know how to use anything without paying money for something but it’s pretty nice!

it showed that my iOS is outdated but settings show "no available updates". The agent promised it will be fixed soon

It's expensive but 1 order is available for 3 devices and most platforms. 

I thought it was just a silly camera app that takes pics of friends who try to peek into ur phone lol. Then I found a spyware scanner and was surpriseed. Will keep it for now!

Technical support is always there to help I had fast response … ClarioAntiSpy had many options to help you against trackers… my co workers were tracking me … overall 9 out 10

Just got ClarioAntiSpy so far it’s been good worked with a tech named Andrew gave me some good information and advice on how to be more secure in this new technology era you cannot be to careful ! Thanks guys for your commitment to your customers!

Awesome app, I have been using ClarioAntiSpy for a few months and I’ve learned so much more abt how to keep my accounts and anything in my phone more secure! User friendly!

It checked out old email passwords but looking for the person that keeps getting into my phone will keep you updated

Saved my data, no chance to hackers

Was sceptical first but it seems a nice thing and worth the money. We bought a family subscription for 3, kids are protected as well.

Have been using ClarioAntiSpy for a while. It doesn't slow down my device, but beefs up security.

I love the fact it's not overwhelming unlike all the previous apps I've used before. The location changing thing is cool but you've got to use a computer for this, so could be tricky if you don't have a Mac computer. Otherwise, all is great.

I found the breach in it appears to be my own son. He is locked it with a password I can’t get rid of it. It is on my iPhone and he is using the information he’s gained from me against me in court. How do I fight this?

I downloaded the Clarion APP. I didn’t know all these people were using my email. Everyone needs this today!

If you're more of a tech-savvy type, this might be not the best product for you, but if you'd like to have some software that is simple as a pimple, quietly running in the background without bothering you with complicated updates and scary tech terms, this would be nice..

I was confused why it took my photo but nice Clario expert explained how it works on very gentle manner, now I use it every time I lock my iPhone

I have had ClarioAntiSpy less then 24 hours and iam beyond impressed with what your able to do as well as the what you can find out. Awesome app, would totally recommend it

I wish I had known about this software when my ex installed spyware on my phone.

I was scared cause i accidentally clicked a link and it said my phone was hacked. I didn’t know if it was cap or not. Clario person in the chat support explained everything to me!

there was no scan in their another app but here it’s added, so I like it more.. btw it’s expensive 

Clario changed my location a week ago and Google still shows I am in Denmark. Thats awesome!

with my Mac I can change my location on the phone, amazing!

This is a great app . It definitely will tell you who is spying on you an will help you undo any thing that anyone is watching on your phone . I give it a five star .

The tech-support is unsurpassed the guys running it a really really good at their job very understanding very helpful and I’m very impressed. I wish every company was like this I just wish they had what I needed but he actually told me a way to do it for free so if they have anything else from the store that I need, I’m buying it from them PERIOD!!!!
