Can’t make an appointment because it doesn’t let you finish signing up for an account. It says “internal server error” and you cannot continue after putting in your phone number.
No idea if it works because it wouldn’t let me sign up. They want you to use DINW but when I try to use DINW it just says it can’t make an account and makes me call anyways which was just a waste of time.
Can’t pay bills. Can’t make an appointment - you can only request an appointment, but still wait for them to call you. If they call back at all. If this is the best that can do they seriously need help.
Don’t know why they want you to schedule and check in using the mobile app when you can’t even sign up for an account to begin with.
