500chow na scam I swear I downloaded the app so I could order food for myself only to get scammed by them Immediately I downloaded the app I input my address. After putting my address I decided to scroll through their menu cause I saw foods that were being displayed and chose my choice. Paid money for it, then proceeded to the next step which is to order. I tapped it then it loaded for few seconds before writing “oops we don’t deliver to your location “ I was beyond shocked. Tried it few more times thinking it might be due to network, before complaining. Reached out to their customer service to lay down my complaint. Since on Saturday 7/12/2024 they haven’t refunded my money back like they promised within 24hrs only. I have begged and explained to them to refund my money back but they refused sending me same message to be calm since last week. The most painful part is that when I inputted my address they never wrote any messages above concerning not available in my location but after I sent money. This app na scam big one. Please refund my money back
