Store 3772. Order 0071 Order 4/3/26 13:48 Order takers talking extremely loud!! Different men came in store and they got even louder. Cussing and carrying on with a regular customers about beating each other up. Annoying listening to the unprofessionalism. Where is the manager??? The one taking to-go orders is the loudest one. Customers were complaining how long it was taking to get their order. Not friendly.
Why don't you include fish tacos on your menu? The only new ingredients needed would be the tortillas and (maybe) shredded cheddar cheese. You already have the fish, shredded lettuce, and tartar sauce.
NASTY RESTRAUNT!! I ordered food from the Captain D's on 201 Merchants Square in Dallas Ga 30132 on December 18, 2025. The food was cold except for the fish everything else taste like it had been sitting under a light I did not complain since I had only paid $6 for my meal but I made a mistake and went to the bathroom and was I surprised to see the nastiness that was in the bathroom there was POOP all over the bathroom toilet. I went to the front and let one of the lady's that work there knows, and no one went to clean it. Later that night I got sick throwing up and diarrhea. A place that handles food bathrooms should never look the way I seen it I will never be back, and I will make sure to let everyone that I know not to go there as well.
Your restaurant at 9335 Kingston Pike Knoxville, TN 37923 has had heating issues at least three weeks. I hope this can be repaired soon as it is very cold inside

The restaurant at 2590B North Columbia St., Milledgeville,Ga. is a disgrace. It very filthy, one of the drink machines was completely out of order, the other has huge leak ,water was all over the floor, the employees were not friendly at all ,the bathrooms have an odor and are not clean, plus the food was terrible. I ordered the popcorn kids meal and got food poisoning from it. I very sick after eating it. This restaurant is terrible. I will not be going back to this restaurant. I was not the only one that sick .Several other people did to.
Long ago, my family enjoyed your restaurant. Now, you have no customer service, terrible food...And the inability to report the problems that cause this are shunted to email. Your company is falling because you do not listen. Captain D's will fail because its management is a failure, utterly.
I order grilled meals from store 3562 my total was $20.20 what I received was everything fried which I cannot eat do to health reasons when ask the manger about the mix up she said there was nothing she could do I ask for a refund which was denied my carry out order number 0153 this was the worst customer service I every experience.

I read the reviews and thought maybe it was ok. I downloaded it and one reviewer was spot on. I added an item to the cart and then tried to delete it. There is no way to delete or put an item down to zero. You can increase the amount and you can decrease the amount back to one item, but not down to zero.
The other thing I do not like about the app is that one must put money onto the app to use it. I prefer apps where you can order at the restaurant and still get all the benefits and rewards of the app.
Until the app gets fixed I will not use it.

Arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order after the time it should have been ready waited 40 minutes asked for a refund was told it’s almost ready waited 10 more minutes got home missing 2 add on items fries were so cold we couldn’t even eat them corn on the Cobb was straight out of the cooler they didn’t even attempt to heat it up not to mention the staff was extremely rude with the exception of 1 girl that was really trying to help everyone unbelievable is how I would sum it up

•It doesn’t let you remove items from your cart once they are in there without completely closing out of the app and starting over from scratch.
•Payment frequently fails to go through with Apple Pay.
•You can choose up to 3 sauces for a single entree order, the limit remains the same even if you increase the quantity of that entree to 2 or more. This means that if you order multiple servings of the same entree, you're still restricted to a maximum of 3 sauces in total. To work around this limitation, customers are forced to input each additional serving of the same entree as a separate order, even if the sides and customizations are identical.
•It seems to automatically select a rigid pickup time based on the time you start putting together your order, rather than adjusting it on the fly based on when you start the checkout process. You can adjust the time later manually, but it should be a mostly automated process based on when you choose to checkout.
