3rd request. I had to delete and reinstall the app as it wasn’t working. I had paid 14.99 to remove ads. Since I have reinstalled the app it has ads. I tried to repurchase the no ads bundle but it says I have already purchased this. I have tried to restore purchases but I still have ads. This is my favourite game and now I so unhappy with it…. Can you please fix it!
I am experiencing problems with the game and the screen is stuck on the gamin cat screen with the blue circle just going around saying initializing iap and goes no further

The ad for Christmas wordless keeps freezing and if it comes up I have to shut down every time.
