I love JigsortPuzzles! Please help, though. I’m stuck on a level 24. It doesn’t seem to want to cooperate. Please program in a means to skip a level. Otherwise, I’ll have to delete JigsortPuzzles , which I don’t want to do.

Fun game constant ads

On my iPhone 7 this game freezes and locks up so often that I can’t make any progress but when it works I do enjoy it.

At first I rated this a 5 star game. But. I quickly learned that in order to play, you will watch at least 50% advertisements. I don’t do that. Bye-bye.!

Frustrated - ads after every time you win.

Too many ads !!

So I just got screwed by this game. I have been playing this game for a few weeks now and really like. It was to the point I really wish they had an Ads Free choice, well finally the game offered for $1.99 Ads Free, special Frame and a Masterpiece puzzle. I jumped at the opportunity and paid the $1.99 and then started to play the regular levels on the game. Played the first one and finished it and it went straight to the next puzzle so I thought oh good it worked no more ads. Well that was until I played the second puzzle and finished it and you will never guess what I saw?????? That’s right an ad. Played the next puzzle and yes another ad. So I went and saw the advertisement about the $1.99 fee and I saw where it says ad free and it said ad free for only the masterpiece puzzles. Are you serious? WTH would I want to pay money to get no ads for just a very small handful of puzzles and have to watch ads on the other 99% of the puzzles.

I know I should had read the “fine print” but that is pretty low down to do something like that. See the bad thing is that the developers know they were doing something wrong with this advertisement but obviously they still kept it. And before anyone says anything I know it’s only $1.99 but it is the principal. I hope my $1.99 helps the developers sleep better at night.

JigsortPuzzles is amazing! When I first got it, I fell in love. The user-friendly interface and intuitive design made it incredibly easy to navigate. Not only that, but the variety of features and functionality offered on JigsortPuzzles exceeded my expectations. On top of it all, the regular updates and consistent improvements demonstrate the developers' dedication to providing a top-notch experience for users like myself.

I love JigsortPuzzles but most of the puzzles are too easy so I choose the expert level but it stopped allowing that option at level 630 with no explanation or direction as to why??? I thought maybe I had skipped too many so I went back and did those on easy, thought maybe I HAD to do the dailies so I went back and did those, thought maybe I HAD to spend those blue stars so I spent a bunch of those, thought maybe I had to complete the screen picture on each level so I went back and REDID all the ones I had already done on expert on easy to reveal the picture. NOTHING I have done has given me back the expert option. There is not even a way to purchase it!! So sad because I was REALLY enjoying JigsortPuzzles and I can’t say that about a lot of apps but I am going to have to delete it because I am not going to be left with only the easy option for all of what’s left, that’s way too boring and toooo “EASY”!! PLEASE FIX OR EXPLAIN WHAT I CAN OR NEED TO DO and I will gladly give JigsortPuzzles the 5 stars it deserves if not for this one major flaw.

So I was playing and enjoying the game everyday. Then all the sudden - during an ad - the game redirected me to another site where I supposedly “won” like $500. I have no interest in these scams so I tried to go back to the game. The game WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO CONTINUE. Instead it kept redirecting me to the third party site with
“hurry you only have 10 seconds to double your winnings”. So I again, tried to go back to the game. Bottom line - I could NOT get out of this loop. If I’d wanted to continue on with the third party and input my email maybe eventually I would have been able to continue the game, but I was not allowed to. So, for a great game I truly enjoyed IN SPITE OF ALL THE ADS - I am left with a negative impression of the game and it’s creator. Really gotta be desperate to be so insistent on trying to trick me into getting my info to give to other companies. In summation - screw this company. Screw this game and truly I have wasted my time. I hope all you fat cats and higher ups are happy with yourselves. You are ignorant and selfish DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS BOGUS “GAME”!

I actually hate to gripe about ads because they are what makes developers able to provide games to us for free. But this is absolutely ridiculous. The puzzles are beautiful but there is a 30-60 sec. ad between every single puzzle. I mean come on! Once in a great while, maybe every 4th or 5th time you MIGHT get two puzzles in a row with no ad between but that is rare.
I timed myself and it takes me about 45-60 seconds, maybe a little longer but every single ad is at least 30 sec and then you have to hit “Done” or the X in the corner several times until the puzzle returns. And it doesn’t help to walk away — that nice ad WAITS for you!
Bottom line is, I’m spending more time watching/dealing with ads than playing the game. Where is the fun in that?
Is there ANYTHING you can do?

I like the puzzles but the ads come after every two games. I can do the early puzzles in about 15 seconds and then have to watch a 30 sec annoying ad. I probably won’t play anymore and will delete the game. Too bad because I won’t play long enough to try the more challenging levels. There are too many puzzle games out there to waste my time watching frequent and repetitive advertisements. Reading other reviews, I see that even if I pay for no ads, I will still get them. There are games that offer a chance to watch ads for extra points or energy but otherwise let you play. Or offer purchases for real money as an option.

I play the daily challenge puzzle and I’m finding that the daily challenge will only publish 24 hours after I solved the previous daily challenge puzzle. People may not be able to play at the exact same time everyday depending on their schedules. Would you consider publishing the daily challenge puzzle at midnight in whatever time zone the user is in? That way the user can open it at anytime during the day or evening to do the puzzle versus having to wait exactly 24 hours from when they solved the daily challenge puzzle the day before. Thanks!

Enjoyed the game but the frequency of the ads was too much. In the beginning you could complete a puzzle in 15-30 seconds and after everyone u got an ad!
I know ads are necessary and I’m willing to put up with them in moderation but this game is ridiculous!
Either they are trying to drive you crazy so you’ll buy “no ads” (which I didn’t stick around to check for) or they want to frustrate you so bad you decide the game isn’t worth it. Which is what I did. There are plenty of games out there that handle ads better - I don’t need this one.
Fix your ad frequency and u might do better because the game itself is nice and fun but not enough to put with the ad frequency.

I just started playing jigsort and like it very much. It’s more challenging than most puzzles like this. The problem I have is that there are tooooooo many ads. I wouldn’t mind the ads so much if I could get out of the ones that I have no interest in. There are some I will watch to see if maybe I would like to download it and others I don’t. I think I should have a choice to go back to the game quicker. I mean it may only take you 10-15 seconds to finish a game and then you have to wait through 30 seconds or ads you have no interest in. Come on, guys, fix this and make the game more enjoyable.

I timed myself and for every puzzle, I spent three times as long waiting for the ads to finish in between each puzzle. I get it that JigsortPuzzles developers need to make money but there must be a better way. I have other games that I subscribe to. The adds on this and the games I play with the same ads (so I’m guessing the same company?) are great games but I chose them because they are “relaxing”, the shear amount of time spent on those awful ads is in no way relaxing! What about making a bundle offer of a certain number of games ‘ad free’ or with banner ads for a subscription? I would be happy to pay to play but not this.

I’m enjoying the levels of puzzles available to me, fast, faster and fastest and the the higher in number the more challenging! What attracts me most is actually the speed at which I can exclude an add by a simple tap. It has been frustrating for me to endure one to two minute adds for games I already have or am not at all interested in.

The puzzle game is nice. The ads, they’re frustrating. I don’t mind the ads between puzzles usually. Lately, the ads won’t close. The word game ads are the worst. You get the ad, you might as well exit the game. Why? The ad will not respond in any way except to take you to the play store. No amount of time will change that. I have had to close JigsortPuzzles 8 times. 8 puzzles, taking around 1-1.5 minutes to complete, and 8 ads for the same wordle game that will not respond. I’m 2800 puzzles in. It almost isn’t worth playing anymore.

JigsortPuzzles would be good for beginner-level puzzle players, but considering that I like the challenge of a 5000 piece real life puzzle, I was underwhelmed that there doesn’t seem to be any way to adjust the challenge level. Albeit, I only played 12 levels before I got bored with JigsortPuzzles , so there may be a way to adjust difficulty later.

Also, for every two puzzles, there’s an ad. Since I went through two puzzles in under a minute, I spent too much time watching 30 second ads to satisfy my play-to-ad enjoyment ratio.

My 4-star rating reflects my dissatisfaction with the finished picture. Now that I am doing considerably more difficult pictures, it would be gratifying to see them without confetti and the border at the bottom. I can even tolerate the annoying ads, but I want to look at an unobstructed view of the picture I worked hard to complete. Does anyone else agree with this?

I enjoy this game but can only play for a few minutes before giving up in disgust because every single puzzle has an ad attached to it. Normally ads don’t bother me but these puzzles only take about 3pm seconds each and the ads are just as long as that. Play for 10 min & 5 min will be ads. And the pay to make it ad free is only on a small amount of puzzles. I will stick with my other puzzle app that only throw ads at me every 3-4 puzzles.

I would give it 2 stars because of what you get for your money but it is fun, has a slightly challenging design to it and I find it relaxing. Most of the photos are attractive and interesting but it shows you can work your way up to many more levels than there really are.
I’ve had JigsortPuzzles for only a couple of weeks and the puzzles are already repeating so it looks like I’m finished.

As with all these sorts of games, it’s bogged down with too many ads. You get to put one to two 15 seconds puzzles together before you get an ad. Sure you can skip them after 5 to 10 seconds of ad play but you still have to wait an additional 4 to 7 seconds before you can exit out of the add. You know, to make sure you don’t want to watch the ad. It’s not as bad as some other games out there where the ad time is longer than the time you get to play. But it sure is close though.

This is a great app; the puzzles are challenging but not impossible. My one dissatisfaction is the ‘reward’ for using coins to redeem puzzle packs. I understand giving only five puzzles for watching a few ads, but considering how long it takes to accumulate 1,000 coins, I think that’s worth more than five puzzles. In any case, it’s my favorite jigsaw puzzle app.

I purchased the ad free option and still got ads. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste your money on it, it doesn’t work. The ads on JigsortPuzzles are relentless. Two separate ads (wait 5s each before you can skip) play in between every level. The levels take 20-30 seconds to complete. So you’re watching ads for literally half the time you’re playing.

Response to developer: I reinstalled JigsortPuzzles , clicked “restore”, and still getting ads. What a waste of time… just refund me and stop advertising an option that says it makes the game ad free when it doesn’t.

You really should do something about the ads. It looks like that is what almost all the complaints are about. If I were a developer I would be looking at the bad reviews and see what needs to be fixed. Well here it looks like ads. I see a lot of people leaving because of them. You watch more then playing the game. It’s sad that you don’t listen to what the reviews say about the ads. Other then the ads it’s a great game. But like the others if it doesn’t change I’m going to delete JigsortPuzzles .

I was on level 1,000 and something. Had all the frames and all the extra stuff you earn jewels for. Had all the special puzzles also. Went to play one afternoon and the game had froze. I waited a few days to see if it was just a glitch or something. I tried several times to figure out how to refresh game and nothing worked. I final had to delete app ( the only thing it allows ) and then go back and redownload it. It started me back at level one and all my progress was lost. I am trying to get back to the level I was on before. I love this game despite it freezing up and making me start over.

JigsortPuzzles has been my absolute favorite one I have downloaded. It gave me things to do in my free time and killed any boredom. After the most recent update, I deleted it and reinstalled it to see if it could fix the problem. After this, my app has “reset” itself to the default settings, but not entirely. It makes me start at the beginning for the levels (no big deal) but I will not let me restore my previous purchase of no ads and will not let me repurchase it. I am SO heartbroken because I loved this. I have reached to apple and the creators and have received ZERO assistance with this. I am so disappointed with how much JigsortPuzzles and developers have failed me. PLEASE FIX THIS PROGLEM!

I lost my purchases and progresses because your last update froze me out of the game. You also issued an apology! I had to re-download the game and everything I purchased and all my progress for the last 3 years is gone. Apple will not allow me to purchase the add package again, and when I select restore purchases nothing happens. This is unfair! You caused the problem, and now all the time and money I spent is gone. Please restore my account, I’ve sent you emails, which I confirmed, so you have my information. Is this how you treat loyal customers?

Golly, I love this game. It has become my favorite app ever! (Can you say over 4000 of these puzzles solved in just a few weeks? I can’t stop!)

It’s entertaining on so many levels: guessing the result before it’s solved; trying to figure out where a scenic picture was taken, solving a puzzle with no “mistakes”, etc.

If I were to add anything it would be 1) the option of repeating a puzzle; and 2) the ability to find out what historic building or location I’m seeing once solved. (So many beautiful buildings, scenes!)

I paid for no ads & haven’t seen an ad since. The puzzles are challenging enough to keep me interested without adding stress to my day. This has become a favorite for me.

After each grouping of 40 puzzles, you uncover a complete image & at the bottom, the location is shown. I wish we could see the location of all the landscapes, cityscapes, sculptures, structures, and street art so that I might plan future travel around them. Moneymaking opportunity for Gamincat, Inc.? 😉

I really enjoy these puzzles! Just the right complexity! Even have a contest going with my wife to see who has done the most puzzles!
If I could change one thing, it would be to have a way to identify locations of all the pictures, not just the finished pages. I see so many great places but don’t know where they are! Can we get help on this? Thanks!!!

I LOVE these puzzles! It is relaxing and beautiful. I love the choice of pictures.
I do wish there was a location of the landscape or water puzzles just by country not specifics.
And also the location or name of the cathedrals or cityscapes, maybe just the country or city where they are located. The pictures are stunning if regardless of where they are!

I have been playing this game for a while. I’m on puzzle 2428. I enjoy playing the game, but the ads at times are a bit much! They run for 30-60 seconds after each puzzle solved. I wish there were an option to pay for an ad-less version of the game. I would be happy to pay the fee as I do enjoy this game. I also wish you would designate where the pictures of the puzzles were from for each puzzle as you do for the levels.
All in all it’s a fun game.
