Don’t normally write reviews but this one is worth it. Spark Receipt is really simple to use but very powerful and accurate. It has helped me to upload receipts for projects and keep track of budgets. SparkReceipt magically scans and deciphers the receipts with supplier names and totals and taxes. It even does a good job at categorizing the receipt. It’s possible to then label receipts with tags. And then, I have used this app’s reporting option to generate reports for those project tags; it builds an excel sheet of all the receipts and details and provides a subtotal. Great time saver!

It has been highly accurate. App providers need to work on orientation for new users, but providers were readily available and helpful. Once I got it going it has been everything advertised.

I don’t get many paper receipts but when I do they usually end up in a pile somewhere.
This is the very convenience and it’s great I can do it on the go.

This is a great app for scanning receipts in multiple languages and currencies. It’s fast and accurate. If you’re looking for something that’s not tied to the big guys, this is definitely it!

SparkReceipt is amazing! It saves me so much time having to keep track and log expenses while I can take a picture of the receipt and it captures all the information that I need! Truly a great app!

It’s rare to find SparkReceipt that simply works and this is one such app. It’s well designed, simple and easy to work with. I’m happy to pay for it as it is worth the price. I hope the team can add into an encryption so that the uploaded documents are secured.

Been using for a few months - knockout performance and simplicity. Has auto upload of bank statement PDF - nobody has it this simple. I run several businesses in EU and USA, it cross correlates everything, super easy scans, etc.

I played with the software for about 15 minutes, and I can already tell this is going to be a huge timesaver for my small business. Scanning receipts and printing expense reports is quick and easy. The automatic AI data input is about 90% accurate. It seems to have trouble adding tips, but that could be my handwriting. :) What I really appreciate and didn't expect, is that links and/or images to the digital copies of receipts can be embedded into the custom expense reports.

I’ve been using this app to log expenses for my two businesses. It’s a gem! I LOVE the scanning accuracy and intuitive UI and UX. No more typing in the Splitwise app. Not to mention, this app costs less than Splitwise. I get a lot more for my money and the support is exceptional. An easy 5 stars!!

I’m really impressed by SparkReceipt. It makes keeping track of receipts a breeze. Even if you have more than one business to keep track of receipts, they’ve made that easy as well. I use SparkReceipt all the time and I’m thankful I found it.

SparkReceipt is a real gym. It helps you with pre-accounting, making all of the bookkeeping and accounting tasks that much easier. Everything works so well I’m always surprised with how intuitive and simple SparkReceipt works. Also, the Web app is the same amazing job this app team.

Easy, reliable, and convenient! Love that it has multiple workspaces and I can email receipts into SparkReceipt from any email address (not just the account email). AI scan is very accurate. Report feature with photos makes it very easy to submit expense reports. Great app for tracking expenses and receipts!

SparkReceipt is exactly what I needed. It reads receipts well. Sometimes I need to double check the dates or the total. The dates because it’s hard for the AI to know if 3/4 is March or April because it can change based on location. The Total because sometimes it is printed unclearly or crinkled in my pocket.

I needed something to copy and track expenses in the fly - without it I was spending hours at the end of every month trying to organize piles of paper and scribbled notes. Now it all happens as I’m riding in the cab or walking from the restaurant. Painless and easy. The AI text and money conversion also works flawlessly from one country to the next.
