Try to login—> suggests OrangeU (I have it downloaded) —> click on OrangeU —->brings me right back to the “download app” screen. Okay so I continue on browser instead and it instantly crashes with the loading wheel of doom. This has apparently been an issue for a long time and hasn’t been fixed so is Orangetheory even trying to solve this?
OrangeU has a super fun habit of simply ceasing to work in any way every 7-10 days. You’ll go to open, and be presented with a blank page and no way to refresh, log in or out, or navigate in anyway. The only fix is to delete OrangeU altogether and redownload. I’ll use it daily for a week and then, with no rhyme or reason, it just gives up on life, rolls over and dies.
I wish I didn’t need OrangeU. Since the update, I need to constantly delete and reinstall it to get rid of the blank screen. It’ll work for about 1-2 days, then won’t load any content again. I’m tired of this.
As the the most recent review stated, can’t log in, keep getting an error message. It keeps prompting me to download OrangeU when I am clearly on OrangeU already. Has been unusable for weeks now. Please fix….
I haven’t been able to even anything on I had to delete OrangeU and tried to reload it and it’s been going for over an hour. There’s some type of glitch
App is terrible and needs to be fixed. Crashed during my exam and only shows a white screen now. I’d love to further my education but OrangeU makes it impossible.
Every time I try and open OrangeU it just gives me a white screen. Someone please fix this. I haven’t been able to check for templates in months.
Please provide an update for us to continue to log into OrangeU without single sign on. I’m now locked out of OU completely and cannot review templates or the exercise library.
OrangeU literally has to be deleted and redownloaded almost every time to work
It would be really great if I could actually access the templates but instead I open OrangeU to find a solid white screen, even though I have the most recent update…which supposedly fixed the white screen issue. I can’t even log out because the entire screen is white.
As a coach, constantly being signed out is extremely frustrating. Now with SSO, I am having issues. I select that option and it takes me to a page to download this app when I tap the SSO button from WITHIN OrangeU .
And now it won’t let me sign in with SSO.
Fix this! It’s a necessity for us coaches!
OrangeU is terrible, ever since the SSO update I can never login I keep getting error messages. Haven’t been able to access the new fitbooks, I have been trying for over a week on a daily basis to login.
I can’t log in. For months now since the update.
Some of the videos for lessons are not scaled for mobile or simply not working properly, making completion difficult or impossible. Wry handy when things function as intended
