No customer service to report any issue. Bandwidth is too low, video stuck all the time means buffering. I subscribe for 1 year $2.99 while I subscribe it never provide any information that in order to watch new movies I have to buy another subscription for that. Very unclear about the subscription like cheating with the subscribers. It also has no option video mirroring like to watch on tv from sharing from smart phone. I am very disappointed with service.

I live in USA. I paid $2 which is more than 200 BDT. Despite of using high speed internet here, the app is super slow and it buffers after every 10-15 minutes and when I start to watch a new episode, it takes almost more than 5 mins to start. The most unexpected thing is I can watch the series "Ami ki Tumi" after 2 episodes now. And I can't even unsubscribe my subscription!
I want my money back! 😡🤬
