No customer service to report any issue. Bandwidth is too low, video stuck all the time means buffering. I subscribe for 1 year $2.99 while I subscribe it never provide any information that in order to watch new movies I have to buy another subscription for that. Very unclear about the subscription like cheating with the subscribers. It also has no option video mirroring like to watch on tv from sharing from smart phone. I am very disappointed with service.

poor quality application. its very beginning today but i cannot register to app. after oyp verification its getting stuct always.

they spent cores of taka to manage celebrities on openimg programm, but cannot able to spent some money for good developer.

as an experienced Mobile application developed my experience is very bad. we Don't even think to release these type of buggy app.

Channel I has one of the best Bangladeshi contents but unfortunately with this low performing app the experience is horrendous.

iScreen needs improvement. It’s very slow. All series and cinemas seems blurry. Why people spend their money for iScreen? It’s wasting money, time also. Please improve this system ASAP.

I have paid for whole year for premium subscription which is $2.99 but now I can’t access premium section! iScreen wants me to subscribe again! I don’t know what’s going on with iScreen !!

I have already paid for a year subscription but still can’t watch. Each time I tried to watch it’s taking me to pay again screen. iScreen doesn’t have any help options either.

The whole point I purchased was to AirPlay it on my tv but that feature doesn’t even work. After payment, I tried so many different ways and I realized the claims were just false. Please fix this issue.

Just downloaded iScreen and purchased for 1 year subscription, all seemed good.
After going to setting to see some features, accidentally clicked on Delete Account and it does it in a single click without confirmation.
I thought logging in again will fix that all, but NO all gone.
Showing to purchase again for premium features.
These all just happened for like in 5 minutes, one of the worst experiences ever.
How to fix that or will i have to pay again?

I have paid for one year with my phone number from USA. Once log out and login again now it is asking to pay again. They should fix all the issue before release this apps.

Performance and Stability:
iScreen suffered from performance issues and occasional crashes. It was slow to load, and there were times when it froze or became unresponsive, requiring a restart. These technical issues significantly impacted my overall experience with iScreen .

I live in USA. I paid $2 which is more than 200 BDT. Despite of using high speed internet here, iScreen is super slow and it buffers after every 10-15 minutes and when I start to watch a new episode, it takes almost more than 5 mins to start. The most unexpected thing is I can watch the series "Ami ki Tumi" after 2 episodes now. And I can't even unsubscribe my subscription!
I want my money back! 😡🤬

very poor app and service, they should fix iScreen before taking money, bought 1 year subscription but again asking money to see premium content

They have good content but app experience is the worst. Feels like I a using a app that was developed in 2010. Laggy UI , backdated UI/UX design. No AirPlay support . TV Connect feature takes for forever to connect, no progress or any kind of progress Indicator
