I got a replacement iPhone 12 with an iOS of 17.5.1 and now I can't pair my Nelko 21 at all.
When I had my other iPhone12 with an iOS of 17.4, less than a month ago,everything with the Nelko app worked fine.
I've been back and forth with support people from Nelko and Apple and will continue to do so.
I just want to know if any other people are out there experiencing the same problem.

I hate this stupid printer it kept disconnecting over and over again and it’s so frustrating that I wanted to throw it to the wall
Update vastly reduced printing area.

If I had known, I would’ve skipped the update. As is I would have bought a different brand printer. Half of the label is margin.
