App keep loading and loading and never lets you open the menu.

Because it can never find my membership even though I’m 100% sure the info I’m putting in is correct.

So you guys decided to go up for interior services . Well you just lost a valuable costumer . I’m canceling my services altogether . Canceling everything . Monthly subscription etc . I will not be coming back here .

To many issues cant even add you membership so you can handle everything on MisterCarWash so its pretty much useless

Cancelled a membership with 2 weeks left, app said would remain active. Employees later confirmed it turns off the second you cancel. So that guaranteed I would not renew ever again.

Note:Showed staff the email that said it would remain active. Didn’t matter. This is why the title of the review wall stated “grossly misleading”.

I’ll not talk about MisterCarWash since most of the reviews talked about it , I’ll talk about the service and the place it’s not even worth it the price… not recommended at all to clean your car there and if you have too just do it for one time and don’t take it monthly

I like going to mister car wash but MisterCarWash doesn’t work and has never loaded for me.

They wash cars more and how expensive they charge, I don't recommend more service.

I just downloaded MisterCarWash like 1 minute ago. It won’t open without an update to MisterCarWash . but I just downloaded it from MisterCarWash Store with the latest version. There is something wrong with MisterCarWash .

I have tried to delete MisterCarWash then reinstall but no luck.

Trying to link membership account. App crashes every time I select the photo icon to scan my barcode rendering MisterCarWash useless. Tried on iPhone and iPad. Not worth the effort. Canceling my entire membership because of poor app.

This was working fine but the most recent update now has MisterCarWash telling us there is an update that doesn’t exist and won’t do anything other than send you to MisterCarWash Store where there is no update to be done.

Only giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. I would like to let everyone know just how awful this company is to its employees and customers. Firstly the management will fire employees for actions due to mental disorders from trauma as a young child. They will write employees up for the simplest of things such as “not smiling” and ultimately fire them for the same reasons, 1 week AFTER receiving a “most improved employee” award. Secondly they will willingly ban paying customers for “making an employee feel uncomfortable” by slipping a singular curse word into a sentence. The word was not used derogatively about anyone and anything in particular. And now, as the passenger in the vehicle when the curse word was used, who never said a word while in the car I have also been banned. When asked why I was banned the next day when going to get my car washed they could not give me a straight answer other than the fact that I am associated with the person who cursed. I understand that I may very well be banned now because I couldn’t control my mouth because I was upset, but at least this instance was due to my own actions. I have stayed silent on this matter for 6mo and this was the last straw when someone of the management could have simply confronted us to ask our side of the story and give us a warning on the offense, but no, straight to banning. This company and it’s management are hypocritical and condescending.

I made a purchase on MisterCarWash to get the unlimited wash club platinum and I got charged for that, but in my mister car wash account it doesn’t show that I have a membership. Terrible service.

App constantly tells me i must update even with the newest version of MisterCarWash …. I have attempted reinstalling but nothing works

A required update never launches and MisterCarWash doesn’t work. Waiting…

There’s no update anymore but MisterCarWash keep telling me to do so

I updated MisterCarWash , but when I open MisterCarWash it kicks me out & says I need to update MisterCarWash 🤦🏾‍♂️

App just infinitely loads after uninstalling and redownloading.

MisterCarWash won’t open or update giving no way to cancel or change subscription. Just goes in a loop of update required and not updated. Ugh

Hello, I recently acquired the exterior platinum membership, I have tried at different times and days to create an account and it does not allow me, it always sends me the following message. “something went wrong there was an error connecting to server please try again”, I try again later and I still get the same error

MisterCarWash is constantly giving error messages, even now as I deleted my account it says it was not deleted so when I try to login on the website which is also glitchy and slow it says I don’t have an account which means it did successfully delete despite it telling me it didn’t.
Why did I delete my Mister car wash account? The hours are bad, like who closes at 7 on a weekend? Each time I find myself wanting to wash I found them closed! It’s probably their way of taking the money but limiting hours to save money.
They’ve been around longer than Quick Quack (QQ) (2004) vs Mister (1969) but as a consumer it seems they didn’t learn how to stay on top at all with a 35 year head start.
I switched to QQ and the service is worlds better. I believe QQ will be Misters downfall if Mister doesn’t get it together.
QQ has stronger vacuums, free towels for use and a wet dash towel and are open much later.

Overall I expected the company opened longer to have service that reflects that but it doesn’t. It’s falling apart, just like their vacuums.

App is terrible hardly ever works

Frankly, doesn’t work if your a member. Doesn’t let me sign into my acct or anything. I’ll give it a bit longer than uninstall. Will update if app gets attention. I always support businesses with well ran apps. Let’s see if this one will get it together before the completion does.

I recently purchased my subscription and Mr. has been blowing my phone up telling me to sign in on MisterCarWash . When I finally get to do it, I put in all the information they asked for and they can’t sign me in with my subscription. I’ve tried multiple times so it’s really annoying and I’m over it.

It takes forever to load. I tried upgrading my membership in MisterCarWash and it just never loaded. I let it sit for 2-3 minutes and it just kept spinning. I ended up going to their website on my phone and even the website is slow. Love the car wash, MisterCarWash needs work.

MisterCarWash has a good concept. But I have never once logged in and not received a “something went wrong error”. This is a pretty big organization so I’m surprised to see this ongoing issue with MisterCarWash . I attempted to log on and change my credit card. It seemed to have taken it. But it still charged my old card. It’s not a big deal really. But I like to rotate my credit cards periodically to get use out of each. I really like Mister Car was. But MisterCarWash is horrible!

Since I downloaded MisterCarWash, it has frozen doesn’t wanna open. I don’t think that’s a good thing.

First thing, MisterCarWash does not allow me to login. My email address has a hyphen which the system recognizes as an invalid email form. Secondly, I tried changing my email to one MisterCarWash would recognize as a proper email form but during the verification process it would kick back stating that the number they provided me does not match the number needed for input. Trying to resend a verification number proves to be unsuccessful as tapping resend did NOT resend a verification email to my inbox nor my spam/junk folder.

Hello, I tried making an account. I’m already a membership of the Mister Car Wash. I wanted to see what MisterCarWash was about, but there’s a lot of issues of it being slow… In the process of making an account it froze and I exited MisterCarWash , but lost all the progress. I tried making an account, but the mobile number is already saved. I tried logging and it didn’t work and I tried resetting the password, but it still didn’t work. It says the account doesn’t exist and I can’t make a new account because my mobile number is already saved… is there a way to fix this issue???

IOS and app are both up-to-date and it’s completely broken. I was able to create an account and when I said to only track location when in use it went to a black screen. I closed app and when I reopened it went to black screen again. I rebooted my phone (iPhone 14 pro max) it’s still black screen.

I cant link my account because it’s asking for the last four of my card or apple pay. I’ve entered both and there’s an issue every time.

How annoying.

I dislike bashing effort. Without MisterCarWash the car wash membership felt like being held hostage. So MisterCarWash is an improvement.

But MisterCarWash is so bad! All of MisterCarWash , front to back. Had to reset it twice. Watched it spin for no reason, doing nothing but going back to where it started.

Changed out my billing and it canceled my membership! No way to reactivate from MisterCarWash .

I saw an option for Apple Pay when linking. But not when adding a card?

Looks like I might be able to reactivate my account online. Not sure. Can’t find the option in App.

You know it’s bad when it’s hard to give people your money.

I have been using MisterCarWash for a month. I can’t change payment method at all. I thought it was my mobile connection, but everything outside of this application works. When I choose to update payment, the application either closes or loads a white screen. Needs a fix.

MisterCarWash won’t let you delete an old membership that is no longer active. Calling customer service and you get the same answer. I would just like to have it completely removed so there’s not a chance of activating it. Sounds silly but it’s happened.

App is extremely slow. Practically useless due to slowness. Also MisterCarWash could not find my linked membership even though I have the barcode and membership number in clear view.

Pointless website. Constantly having problems with it every time I have to reassign a new credit card (average once a year). I have 2 vehicles tied to the same card. Any info changes made on the website don’t seem to carry over to the wash location computers, so the staff has to redo it every time. If I reassign a card to one membership it cancels the other membership and only allows you to do 1 change per month! Since one vehicle membership is cancelled I have to get a new tag for it at the wash which in turn has to be added to my account on the website (by me) to tie the new tag number to the online account. Aside from the awful IT issues no major issues with the wash itself. My suggestion would be to not use their website at all for any services, do it all in person.

MisterCarWash stopped working. Unable to log in anymore. Not sure what happened worked just fine before. Please fix

Wash and pricing is competitive, but please update to conveyers from railing to prevent scratching wheels. I’ll then become a member again.

I finally got the account setup and started MisterCarWash but it keeps “closing”5 to 10 seconds after starting. It especially does when I use the “map” feature to find all the facilities in the area. Please advise how to fix or another update may be needed.

I bought my membership online and thought it would be as simple as adding the numbers to MisterCarWash . When I try to do this, I get an error telling me my account is already linked.

Also, something weird must have happened on the back end, because now every time I try to access to app I get Error DE400.

About the most useful feature for me is the location finder. Otherwise MisterCarWash has too many issues to rate higher. It looks nice at least!

Updated this morning (June 6) but when attempting to sign in to my account I received a pop up requiring MisterCarWash to be updated. After removing and reinstalling MisterCarWash 3 times I gave up and deleted it again. Updates should be fully tested before release.

Keep getting kicked off MisterCarWash saying need update. My app is updated. It’s a glitch in your app that needs to be fixed

I just downloaded it and it won’t run because it claims to need an update. No update is available.

UPDATE: They fixed it. It’s nothing special.

Well i went to Mr. Car Wash about a month ago and paid for the $22 package. After everything was done, I got out to give my truck a look I’ve and to wipe of any left over water. Really didn’t do a bad job At that $22 price tag ! I spent OVER that at my previous Car Wash and have to do most of the work myself. So I recently went back to Mr. Car Wash and signed up for the Titanium Package. Little over $40 a month, but it comes with a lot and the Free Vacuuming. Doesn’t have all the Bells and Whistles like free Air Fresheners or Towles to wipe of your vehicle when done , but that’s minuscule in my book. They make it up in the Customer Service department. Someone is always on location to help you out if you have a problem or question. Like that a lot. So all I can say is Thank you to all the staff that works there and Keep up the great work Mr. Car Wash !

The previous version of MisterCarWash was nice, but it did not link your account to MisterCarWash . This new version works great and you can manage all of your memberships from one place. Thank you to the developers for putting this out!

I have a Mister Car Wash right around the corner for me and I love having the option to purchase my wash ahead of time so when I come in it’s as quick as possible!

So far so good….I haven’t had any problems with MisterCarWash!!!🤞🏾
