I got a promotion in my email today from CHIP telling me I could download ChipCookies and get a discount on my order so I did. I placed a delivery order for this afternoon. I got a text from a DoorDash worker about 45 minutes after my selected delivery time asking where I wanted to meet (Preferably my house… the address I entered? Also I didn’t order through DoorDash). I asked if the box could just be dropped at my door. They said no, that I would have to sign for it. I’ve literally never experienced that before unless it’s expensive electronics. And there was no indication of that requirement before I made the order or I wouldn’t have. So the driver returned my order to the store. When I called about a refund, I was on the line with one employee and then randomly switched to another after a few minutes with no context. I was given a refund but as far as ChipCookies goes I won’t be using it again :) I’m bummed about it. Anyway, that’s why I’m giving one star!

Wanted to order, tried to change chip store location, and it doesn’t stop spinning.

Their last app wasn’t great so I was excited to try this out. Surprised they shipped this as an improvement.

I downloaded ChipCookies and created an account two days ago. I have been able to log in to my account through my web browser, but not via ChipCookies (it tells me I have the wrong credentials). I was unable to earn any points during my visit to a local store. I was advised by employees to reach out to support to have the points credited to my account, but nowhere on the website or ChipCookies is any contact information to be found. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Why would any organization update their app and make it harder to see what their product offering is? Food is seeing an irresistible photo and immediately craving that item. Now when I open ChipCookies , I have to dummy out an order to even see the weekly flavors. Now I see a small icon, instead of a full size photo and fleshed out description. The only one winning here is my scale because it’s super easy for me to close out and resist the temptation now.

Would you believe that their new and "improved" app doesn't even show you the weekly flavor? Because it sure doesn't. The only way to see it is to make an order, and even then it only tells you the name of the cookie and offers no information about what's in it or even what it looks like. ChipCookies looks like a lazy students' final project.

My mother could do a better job putting ChipCookies together for you and she can barely turn on the computer. The only reason I know what cookies you have this week is from my IG account. Hire a professional before you are out of business and your yummy cookies don’t hit my bottom line anymore!

Unfortunately, I live only a mile away from Chip and yet, the “new and improved” app now tells me my address is not in the delivery area (it used to work just fine). But when I call Chip to order for delivery, they can pull up my address no problem? I’ve written them and complained several times and this still has not been fixed on ChipCookies . Whichever address search engine ChipCookies is using is garbage. It’s frustrating because it means I can’t use/earn my loyalty points by using ChipCookies .

ChipCookies literally doesnt work. It wont let me order online and wheneve I come in to the store to scan my qr code, it wont read at all. And the worst part is the cashier cant even help me because they have no idea what to do 🤦🏻‍♂️

Attempted to place an order and was not even able to save an address for delivery. Would blank out the address field but save the apartment field for some reason.

A banner on ChipCookies says an incomplete sentence telling you to download ChipCookies you’re already on. It also says delivery not available but that could be my local one.

ChipCookies seems improved since the old app, but I’m surprised that there’s a place to load your gift cards however there’s no way to enter letter characters. This makes the tool impossible to use since every chip gift card I have has had numbers and letters. Seems like a basic thing that a developer should have noticed and fixed. Idk if Android users can do it and it’s just my iPhone or what.

There are still a few things that could make it better like automatic field filling with address, and a few other things that would make the ordering process run more smoothly but overall thumbs up!

Whenever I try to add my birthday the birth year always changes it to something random then my correct birth year. Another thing is that there’s no option to only choose one cookie when ordering off ChipCookies

My favorite part is the loyalty program! I buy chip cookies all the time and now I can earn free cookies the more I buy. It's also so easy to order for delivery or in store pickup. Love it!

These cookies absolutely blow the other cookie places cookies out of the water! They’re significantly better. I don’t want to embellish it too much, or too little, but they’re SO good! My mouth is watering thinking about them as I’m typing this 😅

Perfect and easy way to get warm cookies fast! Love it!
