Sorry, but this should just be a feature of the television. In the modern era this is unacceptable. I’d roll my eyes and pay if this were a one-time fee of $4, but being a subscription service is downright unethical. That’s about as much as some of my actual content subscriptions cost per month.
Also, it’s not optional to get premium since it holds you hostage as you type. Literally every time I clicked on a letter with the touch screen, it prompted me to upgrade. It’s pretty annoying to type that way even without being interrupted at every single letter.
Unresponsive and disconnect prone

It’s good when it’s working, but quite often it disconnects for little to no reason. Sometimes the buttons just don’t register. Is there any way I could get a refund? I’ve done every method of troubleshooting so it absolutely isn’t user error. It bugs me that I paid money for it and lg’s only response is a copy and paste reply with 0 care whatsoever.

Like the title said, I downloaded and installed the app, paid my $3.70 and it didn’t work. I submitted a ticket with their support which was ignored. I had to go out and purchase a physical remote from Walmart. Don’t get scammed like I did.
