Keyboard doesn’t work

I’ve emailed y’all twice from in the app and got no response. The keyboard function needs to be updated. It pops up when it shouldn’t, and I can’t easily move to the mouse to select once I type something. I X out of the keyboard and the app essentially takes me back a page. Very upset that I paid for the lifetime subscription of this app and can’t even get support to write back or solve a seemingly simple issue.

Beatin my meat while using the remote app n when I nuted it went all over the phone and it bought everything. Low key tight rn but yk it is what it is.
Won’t connect

I have used 3 free remotes and had no issues immediately connecting the app. This app is horrible. I have tried everything from firmware updates resetting my route turning my phone off and on. Nothing. I shouldn’t have bought premium without testing… shame on me for expecting “their” remote to work..
