Worst Customer Service

Wicked Clothes was my favorite brand, but the customer service is ridiculously bad. I sent back a package of three t-shirts to get exchanges for sizes. It took over 2 weeks to finally heard back, and that was only after I emailed to enquire. They said one of the tees was now out of stock, so I picked a different one. They then said that one was out of stock when it is fully stocked in every size on the website. I let them know that and have not heard back for another week now. There’s no phone number and emailing doesn’t seem to work either. So disappointed, seems I’ll just have to get a refund. Won’t be buying from them again.

I love this company and this app, the shirts are well designed and very comfy. But please for the love of god, stop including out of stock items in the filter! If I filter by a shirt size and then every single shirt is out of order when I click on it, it’s super not helpful, especially during sales. If I’m filtering for a size, I only want to see things I can actively spend my money on, not things that are sold out and never coming back.
Please fix!

This app is really clean and streamlined and obviously made for mobile devices. Everything loads properly and lines up beautifully and all the information is easy to find—exceeeeept the size guide. I asked the virtual assistant for help but the information just wasn’t there. I had to go back to the website to get the info I was looking for. Other than the sizing hiccup, great app
