Frequent trouble lately

Lately (as of 21 of Nov,2021) there’s a problem loading products and photos in this app. I’ve deleted the app, rebooted my phone (iPhone 13 Pro) and reload the app but the problem still persists. I hope the IT crew can figure out and fix this issue as it make shopping frustrating.

Installed because you guys have clothing my daughter wants. Uninstalling because you don’t ship to the United States. I didn’t find that out until checkout.. I’ll be fair with the rating because you guys have a good site.
