I can’t place an order because sweetFrog doesn’t acknowledge every location.. it shows Poughkeepsie as the only new york location. I live in utica so i know for a fact there’s a location in New Hartford Ny because I was just there yesterday. There are also locations in Oneonta,Schenectady,and NewBurgh all locations in new york that aren’t available on sweetFrog which is unfortunate.
sweetFrog needs updating none of the sweet frogs around me are listed in the location. Also sweetFrog should locations all of them and a way to track your points.
I’ve been getting scammed for months and can’t redeem my points and no one can seem to help me! What’s the purpose? sweetFrog is trash!!!

App not allowing us to sign with new QR code
They advertise rewards in store and sweetFrog is only for ordering. Every other rewards app gives you a QR code to scan. sweetFrog is a waste of time.
All the stores near me sweetFrog only finds one 20 miles away. How do I get credit for purchases. Where is the QR code to scan? Or enter purchases manually.
I love my local Sweet frog, the staff Lilly & Lilly are both very welcoming and the store is always neat and tidy, they do an excellent job keeping the place clean! I appreciate their hard work! And above all the yogurt is the best tasting yogurt around! Thanks guys keep up the good work! 💕
