How to fix Softris app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Softris app on iPhone
Update Softris app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Softris iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Softris network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Softris app issues:

Force Stop the Softris App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Softris app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Softris to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Softris App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Softris app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Softris.

Fix Softris unable to contact server/ Softris internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Softris » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Softris » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Softris on android.
