Frank Pepe Pizzeria Reviews

So I ordered 2 pies for delivery. I had to bring my Golden Retriever to be put down later in the afternoon, and he loves Pepe’s, so this would have been his last meal. The pizza was delivered to the wrong house! The driver would not answer the phone. The Driver was from Uber Direct. I called Pepe’s and the girl that answered the phone said “ there is nothing I can do for you, you have to call DoorDash”. Are you for real??? I had to demand a manager to get a refund. Why????

No options on Home Screen for a menu to sign in. I can vaguely see a let’s get started on the way bottom of the Home Screen but it’s not big enough to click on, maybe FrankPepePizzeria not setup for auto zoom or phones with larger text size. I tried to turn off zoom and decrease text but does not change anything.

The green bar at the bottom labeled “Let’s Get Started” still doesn’t work on my iPhone 13 Pro after the version update. It’s still too small and way down at the bottom, so FrankPepePizzeria is currently useless on my iPhone 13 Pro. It does work on my wife’s iPhone 13 Pro Max with a clickable green bar located higher up on the page. The link on the opening page needs to be reformatted for the iPhone 13 Pro’s smaller display.

I was weaned on Pepe’s pizza when I used to go to Pepe’s in New Haven as a young child with my parents. I was thrilled when I found out a location opened up near me. The quality is consistent and delicious!

I went to the Manchester Ct. location and my waitress Bianca offered exceptional service. She explained the menu and was so friendly. I love when I can compliment such great service.

I had frank pepe pizza twice this week and for two different occasions and it was just as delicious from the very first time have it years ago.

It is something ago when I had a pizza pie like that. It’s a great comfort to know that I can get a pizza like that again and again and again in the greater Hartford area.

We love Pepe’s!! My husband grew up in Connecticut, where the original Pepe’s is located. So we were thrilled to see Pepe’s in Montgomery county! We live about 30 miles away and make regular trips to this location!

Great service quick and friendly .

When you’re from up north NY/NJ It hard to find a great pizzeria in south Florida so we decided to try Frank Pepe in Plantation. When we arrived we were greeted and sat promptly. The servers there were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The smell of the pizza was so alluring that we couldn’t wait to try it!! We decided to order the white clam pizza and I’m so glad we did. Each bite we took it was full of flavor and hand down delicious. I must say this was the best pizza I ever had. We will definitely come again!!

I first had Pepe’s pizza over 20 years ago in Connecticut. I really enjoyed it then and always left an impression on me. The pizza was in this new Delray Beach location is fantastic. I had the white pizza with spinach mushrooms, and Gorgonzola and my husband had the traditional margarita pizza. They were both delicious. We started off with a very nice frank Pepe salad. And a glass of white wine served in small little juice glasses. The service was great. We will definitely be back!

This place is awesome. My second time here and it’s one of my favorite pizza places. Both times everyone has been really friendly and the food is fantastic.

First time in at the Delray Beach restaurant. Bill was our server. Bill was outstanding!!! Can’t say enough about the service he gave us. We will definitely be back and ask for Bill before we are seated.

It was our first time at Frank Pepe and we loved everything about it! The service was friendly. The portions were generous. The pizza, salad, and cannoli pie were all delicious! And the bathrooms were clean, too! We'll definitely be back!

I have to say the pizza was incredible and the way the general manager Joe treated us was like we were family.
This was the first time I’ve been to the Burlington location Joe, the general manager was top-notch, the woman when we came in that greeted us was so sweet and the chefs were awesome. Pizza was spot on fabulous

I added an hour to a 90 minute drive to pick up a large clam pizza from Pepe’s for my son as an early Father’s Day surprise at his wife’s suggestion. I am delighted I am able to satisfy a craving. We’ve been eating the clam pizzas for 30 years beginning and still visiting New Haven (the mother ship)

We always love Pepe’s , and we realize that there is usually a nice crisp, dark color and crunch on the crust. when they are busy, they are slammed, and the rare occasion where my pizza was honestly burnt, I called and right away there was no questions asked and I was given a voucher for my next purchase. I was very happy with that outcome.

Had lunch yesterday with a friend. It was her first time here and she loved it! Peronni beer cold and delicious, pizzas were wonderful like always and our waitress friendly and on point!
