Why doesn’t the photos show up in the gallery. They go directly into downloads. I want to be able to choose which ones to download. When I first started using the camera it was great but with the recent update it didn’t work correctly. Fix it so it works again

Super buggy and NOT user friendly. Camera was connected via WiFi but keeps trying to use Bluetooth to connect despite very strong signal and network strength. Device Purchased specifically for this capability but doesn’t work. Downloading from SIM card all the time wasn’t what was intended. Absolutely no way the 5 start reviews are real

No clear path to see camera photos. Not all photos are showing in gallery. Why?
Also, camera seems to only connect to phone when near. Not much use for a trail cam when I won’t always be near. Can I connect to home wifi? Instructions and app don’t help with that.

When I purchased this WebCam, it said it was Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled. The Bluetooth works on and off occasionally and the Wi-Fi does not hook up to your house Wi-Fi to its own Wi-Fi connection which only seems to stay on for a few seconds at a time. I do not recommend this trail cam for other than its ability to take nice clear pictures. If you only want to check what has gone by your camera via the microSD card, then it’s a fine camera, otherwise it has not worked as described.

App doesn’t work with iPad. Unreal because iPad has a big screen and more memory. Just got app working on iPhone and setup camera 50 feet away, down one level and trough 2 walls. Connection works so far and has updated to my phone through TrailCamGo . Need a few nights to see how things go. Low rating because it doesn’t work with iPad.

I really wish I could connect the Wi-Fi to my PC and record the videos there instead of my cell phone. It just isn’t practical to have to get close to the camera in order to get the images off of it.

The camera takes excellent photos & videos. TrailCamGo needs improvements; when plugged into a charge source, the camera does not respond to connection requests. Have 2 and they both exhibit the same problem. Downloads via Wi-Fi are slow even when phone and camera are next to each other. Fix TrailCamGo please.

We just got our cam up and running and are finding TrailCamGo needs some work. Moving between screens is not intuitive and could use a back button or return to home button or something. Also it might be nice to have a notification option. And we seem to have to keep connecting TrailCamGo to the camera via the hotspot or WiFi.

TrailCamGo will not send the picture straight to my phone. It also has a terrible connection range. I cant be 10 feet away from my trail camera without it dis connecting. TrailCamGo is also so simple but too simple to the point where there is not enough options for pictures and videos. TrailCamGo also doesn't tell me my trail camera’s battery.

Set the camera up last night. Reviewed some of the images it took of walking across the area about 50 feet from the camera. If I didn’t know it was me I wouldn’t have been able to identify the person.

TrailCamGo does work well, but I wish connecting to it from a device didn’t invlove so many taps. Maybe that’s a limitation of iOS.

Purchased 2 trail cams, installed TrailCamGo . Trying to create account and keep getting unknown error.
Cannot find a point of contact for support.

Only have one wish and that is to be able to start recording sooner than 5s.. very easy app to operate

This trail camera is a game-changer! The image and video quality are incredible—everything is super sharp, even in low light. When looking at the photos you need to be able to swipe to the next photo or video without having to click back to the list of photos. 😎

Helpful to have an app like this to connect to my smart phone. Seems to work fine

I recently bought a new trail cam KJK228. The night vision was not capturing any video. I contacted customer support and they were able to help me set up the camera properly.
Last night after midnight I captured a deer on video.
I love the quality of this camera. The vision is very crisp and clear in the daytime and nighttime. Very happy with this purchase and customer service response.

I purchased this little gem for viewing the chipmunks, neighborhood cats and squirrels on my little side porch. I just enjoy watching their antics and it makes me smile every time. This trail cam totally met my expectations and so much more. I had no experience with anything like this, but the DL502 model was very easy to set up and each category was explained either in TrailCamGo or in the instructional booklet. I set this up so I can see them enter their handmade chipmunk feeder (from Garythecarpeinter on Etsy), which is squirrel proof and sits on the ‘floor’ of the side porch. I would highly recommend this little unit to anyone who is interested in seeing what goes on when no one is around.
