I was on free trial and they charged me vip. $575.71 I did not sign up for anything that cost that expensive. I had bought identity theft insurance from AURA and I bought home title insurance from them also for 2 years and it was only $278.00. This place is riping people off left and right. I started your free trial and my card was charged the yearly fee. I downloaded the app and when I tried to use it the app wanted to charge me again even though I had an account. I could not use the app. I tried responding to your emails to no avail. I tried to cancel my subscription several times before the trial period ended by responding to your emails but that did not work. I was and still am not able to use your services or app. I want to cancel my subscription and request a refund.

I have not been able to complete sign on since I signed up in Sept. Says I item to complete which is critical alerts. There was a Taylor helping me but have not heard from her/him since Jan. 5th. Unfortunately I have to cancel my subscription. It was running the free trial when I saw the price for it. I checked my bank account and I just can't swing it right now. I need to speak to somebody because my app's not working properly. And they said something earlier about, they couldn't find numbers for my app or something, and they couldn't find it. It was paid for well. I know I paid for one of these apps and I know Norton was involved in it. I don't know which one it was. I can't find it as I know. Is it's one of you guys and There's something going on without guardio, but then the north nap, this is a whole different thing. But the app, the guardio app keeps shutting off by itself, and there's other things that i'm not sure how to fix could somebody call me because there's no way I can do this? Even if u sign up for a free trial, the immediately charge you the full price. Right after I signed up I had 50 dollars taken from my checking and another 75 from my savings from them.
snake move, do NOT recommend. F them.

Do not get this app, they will charge you $15 even though they give you a “free trail”. After they charge you $15 the app makes it impossible to cancel the subscription. So now you’re stuck forever paying $15!!! I’ve seen people try and cancel the subscription and instead of charging them for a monthly $15 it was somehow switched the yearly $120. This app is VERY VERY shady I recommend you NEVER get this app as it is only good for stealing your hardworking money.
