im not sure why you collected more then 8.00 out of my checking account but i need a refund and want to cancel my subscription

I have been charged for a membership and never intended to enroll. I did open it to see how it looked and worked, but immediately uninstalled. I am unable to login to cancel using any of the methods, which makes sense since I never wanted an account. Please refund the $119.88 charge.

I was charged $100.91 and $230.14 both on April 5th 2026. I was currently on the trial week when this happened. I want both of these charges returned to my account. I WAS going to sign up with your company but FALSE information was given!!!! I have notified my bank! I want NOTHING to do with Guardio, that's FINIAL!!!!

I was on free trial and they charged me vip. $575.71 I did not sign up for anything that cost that expensive. I had bought identity theft insurance from AURA and I bought home title insurance from them also for 2 years and it was only $278.00. This place is riping people off left and right. This is horrible.

I paid for Guardio service a week ago, yet the features are not activated. I received a message to activate features and it keeps sending me to the page to pay. What’s up with that?

I started your free trial and my card was charged the yearly fee. I downloaded the app and when I tried to use it the app wanted to charge me again even though I had an account. I could not use the app. I tried responding to your emails to no avail. I tried to cancel my subscription several times before the trial period ended by responding to your emails but that did not work. I was and still am not able to use your services or app. I want to cancel my subscription and request a refund.

Hello l am in the trial period & l want Fuardio stop l don't care to have this contact interruption & like a advertisement it is extremely returning! I have not been able to complete sign on since I signed up in Sept. Says I item to complete which is critical alerts. There was a Taylor helping me but have not heard from her/him since Jan. 5th. When I hit for you guys to call me back within a few seconds, I do not get call. My phone # is correct. Unfortunately I have to cancel my subscription. It was running the free trial when I saw the price for it. I checked my bank account and I just can't swing it right now. I need to speak to somebody because my app's not working properly. And they said something earlier about, they couldn't find numbers for my app or something, and they couldn't find it. It was paid for well. I know I paid for one of these apps and I know Norton was involved in it. I don't know which one it was. I can't find it as I know. Is it's one of you guys and There's something going on without guardio, but then the north nap, this is a whole different thing. But the app, the guardio app keeps shutting off by itself, and there's other things that i'm not sure how to fix could somebody call me because there's no way I can do this?
