this app is literally all I want out of social media. It combines the positive aspects of the apps we already use for creative endeavors and finding likeminded people so that we have it all in one space. My fav parts about Landing so far are getting recommendations from others without such an influencer-like tone behind everything & having spaces cut-out specifically for chatting about shared interests :~) Can’t wait to see how Landing is built out further as it evolves!

There are so many things about the this app app that makes it my favorite social platform. I love how the Spaces feature helps us all connect over things we love and builds an online community. The atmosphere here has no judgement and everyone can freely express themselves. Not to mention that everyone on here is so positive and nice! I would recommend Landing to anyone looking for an inclusive and friendly online environment!

I started BETA testing the this app App early 2023 and to see how far it’s come is such a cool moment. this app is really changing the way we use social media and have made both their app and their site such a welcoming place. They thrive off of creativity and creating a community that really cares about each other. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for this incredible brand 💚

I started beta testing this app at the end of January 2023, and since that time I explored both the website and Landing format for this platform. this app makes me feel less worrisome about the future of tech and social media because its ethos is rooted in HUMANITY (and creativity)!

this app is my favorite app and my favorite place on the internet!!! I love making collages on desktop and then logging into Landing to chat with everyone.

On Landing , there are so many cool themed “spaces” you can join - ranging from music to fandoms to Taylor swift to movies to f1 racing, truly anything!

this app is such a positive fun place to chat and create with chill people. Ahh I love it so much! The vibes? Immaculate ✌️

I have never experienced anything so therapeutic- instead of watching all of the cool and unattainable things my friends are doing, I can express all of the things I dream of experiencing and accomplishing, and share with others all over the world thinking about the same ideas! I’ve been apart of the this app on my laptop for a couple of months now, so I was able to watch the team create and app! I was invited to be a creator on the prototype pre-release, and I was so honored. Landing is beautiful and the community is amazing! The artists in The this app are some of the best I’ve seen. Been using this for a few months and I’m genuinely impressed with the updates. Each time you can tell the develop team really listens and continuously tries to improve Landing without removing fun features. I use this more than Canva now with the free background removal feature and I love the spaces section! The use of AI here also is so cute I look forward to my horoscope each day, it’s truly a unique app and so well done!!

I love Landing. It provides such an amazing space for me to just focus on creating and connecting with others with similar interest but a little disappointed that on mobile, you are limited to only five images. I know you are able to do more on desktop, but I wish this translated to Landing ! Hope to see this change in the future!

When I discovered this app, I was so excited to have an easy way to create vision and mood boards that didn’t require photoshop or some of these other more complicated softwares that I don’t have time to teach myself! Whether it’s for work or play, I love getting on this app to create.

I never leave reviews but this is really bugging me.. the concept of Landing is cool, and since the amnt of people on it isn’t HUGE a lot of the content is quality.. but a collage app where you cannot CROP or ERASE elements from photos is so limited and frustrating simply because it makes the entire process a lot more difficult… praying those features get added bc atm Landing cannot stand alone by itself for its intended purpose

i never write reviews but I literally love Landing so much i needed to! this is truly my favorite app, I love it so so much! not only is everything free but the quality is AMAZING!! basically get Landing because you will not be disappointed and will probably spend hours on it!!💕

This is my absolute favorite app, and I very much encourage you to download it. In my opinion, there aren’t any downsides. I love there are so many photos and clipart pieces you can choose from. I love making collages and boards.

this app is a desktop site in which you create beautiful collages, and it’s an app in which you view others’ work, throw glitter at their boards, and chat with them in positive and encouraging ways. There is a community of inspiration, creativity, and positivity that is created by the leadership at this app and which trickles down to every user.
You can use the site for fun, and you can use it to help with your branding or with your studies (power points, vision boards for your business, etc.).
I love Landing! And if it’s wrong for this Gen X-er to enter some world in which I can magically be 22 again, making collages and new friends while watching The Gilmore Girls wearing a low-rise Y2K tracksuit, I don’t want to be right…. :)

I love Landing so much. From what I can tell it is totally free it is a really fun way to spend time. It’s super easy to work with and I just love making pictures. It has a lot of photos too that you can chose from and you can also upload your own photos. I just really love Landing and I highly recommend it.

I had spent 2 hours working on my first collage when Landing crashed. I was hoping it would have a “pick up where you left off?” option (like photoshop does when you leave Landing mid-project) but when I reopened it everything I had worked on was completely gone. So I decided to try and REMAKE what I had lost because I had spent so long on it and really was enjoying how it was turning out. Got about 30 minutes in and Landing started lagging like crazy and crashed again. I have yet to be able to actually finish a single thing. I think a search/image history would be very helpful, not only for when it crashes, but also because when you look up the same thing twice, you don’t always get the same search results. I think Landing has huge potential, but I’m disappointed with my experience so far :/

I love Landing so far. It gets me so inspired and the fact that everything is COMPLETELY FREE is AMAZING. It’s rare to find an app that has this many features and is really totally free. There are no paywalls or extra features you have to pay for. One thing I don’t like about Landing is that you can’t change it dark mode. Most of my apps are in dark mode because I don’t like white screens. I also wish the mobile app and website were built more similarly. When I go back and forth, I have to remember what features are where on each platform. Otherwise Landing/website is fantastic and I highly recommend downloading

I’m writing this in the hopes that the developers will see and take action. Landing itself is good. It’s fun to use. However, when clicking through the free media provided there is such a painful lack of diversity I had to delete. The category for “downtown girl” exclusively featured photos of skinny, white girls. It’s 2023. You gotta do better than that. Broaden the sources you’re using and add images that represent a broader cross section of users. Even as a white woman I noticed, and was uncomfortable. I can’t imagine how a POC would feel.

Excuse me, the people of the this app. I am facing immense difficulties with placing an image in the background of the collage. When sending the picture to the back of the collage, I have to click the backwards button multiple times to get the image I want to go to the back of the entire collage. Please people of The this app, please put a button that allows users to directly send the image we want in the background without clicking the backwards button repeatedly. The complete backwards button seems to be there on the online version of the this app but does not seem to be there on iOS app. Please look into this.

On my laptop, LOVE this. Decent library of images, search function is a little funny (if i type “protein bar”, images of alcohol might show up). Not all functions available on mobile, erase background being a highly coveted one. It’s okay even with these issues.

Sadly, there is no auto save feature, and not even a manual save feature. I presume because I add many photos, Landing crashes and erases any existence of the board i’ve been working on… for over an hour. Very VERY annoying.

I recommend the desktop version highly! App is missing the mark.

glitter instead of likes, supportive comments instead of social conscious analytics… Landing is doing everything right to make social media fun again! constant updates and a development team who listens to what their creators actually want - this is a social media dream!

Such a great app for creativity! A great way to combine social media with a creative outlet to express and discover yourself. The community is so lovely and encouraging! I am so obsessed with Landing and it’s way better than mindless scrolling on other social media platforms where it feels unproductive and a waste of time! <3

I just downloaded and I already understand how to post, make, and edit. Landing it’s easy to understand and has so many cool features I’m continuing to discover. If you are creative you will have so much fun and make very artistic projects. And even if you have never been creative a day in your life Landing makes you look like a pro :) there are a few things that could use improvement but I think Landing deserves to go viral considering how much detail and work that went into it!!

I’ve been fiddling with it for a few hours now and it’s rather simple to use. I am finding myself a bit frustrated with the limited text options, though. While one could find clippings of words, I prefer making my own. There are very limited color options and no options to add a stroke or background to the text to make it more legible. To get around this, you can find something to put behind the text, but it’s extra steps for what could be handled in the editor.

Accessibility is vital to anything to allow a broader range of folks to use anything. I cannot state how important it is to art especially. Landing is relatively easy to use and very generous with its freedom and range. A lot more people could enjoy it if it had easier to read text options.

Additionally, I have noticed quite a few generative AI images within Landing ’s collections. I wish there was a way to signify those to avoid them, as they are, very simply, theft. A lot of the images on Landing are already public domain or fall under fair use, but genAI is not guaranteed to be manufactured from either of those pools.

I highly highly recommend Landing. It’s very simple to use and completely free. There are literally no adds and there are infinite possibilities for what you can create. I downloaded Landing because I wanted to get into collaging, and this is an easy way to do so. The only issue I have is that sometimes, for no reason, Landing glitches and I can only see half of the screen. I’d say it happens about half the time I open Landing , but I just wait a couple minutes and when I click back on Landing it works, so DO NOT LET THIS GLITCH DISCOURAGE YOU FROM GETTING Landing . That’s all.

I don’t think I’ve left an app review in at least 10 years. Found Landing through Instagram reels. Absolutely love everything I’ve encountered so far. It is so easy to use, has high quality images and an abundance of them, and it’s enjoyable to be able to engage with others and their art. I feel like Landing relit a creative flame in me. I haven’t explored every aspect of Landing yet (the “spaces” function, the search other boards function, etc.) but I haven’t been able to put it down lately either! Really looking forward to seeing it take off.

Love Landing & the community, it’s great for junk journal artists & collage artists alike. However, Landing is prone to crashing & doesn’t always save your progress well (and the only way to save manually is to exit the piece you’re working on). This is worsened if Landing needs an update & unfortunately there is no notification system when you open this app that lets you know it’s time for an update. Been working on a piece for two hours, Landing has crashed at least 4 times & this last time I lost over an hour of work. Turns out it was time for an update, but how would I have known unless I checked for an update every time I went to open Landing ?

I downloaded this app a few weeks ago after being recommended Landing by a friend. Since then, I’ve enjoyed it greatly. Creating boards, selecting images, and navigating spaces have all been very smooth and simple processes. However, there is one function unavailable in Landing that creates some difficulty: a lack of followers and following lists. Other than the ability to see how many followers you have and digging through your Notification Center, there is no way of seeing who follows you. As for your following list, there is no way of accessing that at all. Other than that and some glitchiness, Landing is great.

I am so upset right now. I used to really love Landing but one day it randomly signed me out. When I logged back in, all of my designs were completely gone and unrecoverable. I’m not sure how this happened. I still have all my old followers but all of my creations and archives are gone. I put so much work into those and used it for a lot of my work as well. I’m not sure if they advertise that when they log you out, that you lose all of your work but I’m unhappy right now as I haven’t seen anything about this on their app. Really a bummer and I’ll go back to using my other apps for collages.
