Try to reorder it won’t add the items 19/20 attempts, the one time you get the items, it’s says delivery address not available, even though it’s pickup and the correct address is selected. Tried restarting RapidFiredPizza same thing. My wife got to the restaurant, before I could even get the order in, so we want the same thing we got last time, only RapidFiredPizza doesn’t display a summary list of ALL the ingredients, so you have to try 20 times again to get the pizzas added to the order (that you cannot actually place), then once you get lucky enough to get them added, instead of taking a screenshot or two of the summaries, you have to click into / edit each pizza individually to see what all was on it, so it’s 3-4 screenshots per pizza, and then my wife who is ordering is asking for what’s on all of them all at once because the assembly line in the restaurant is trying to do them in parallel as a batch order instead of sequentially. Which is untenable being that you have switch back and forth editing each pizza to see what’s on it. Terrible, terrible, frustrating, time-wasting app.
RapidFiredPizza constantly crashes and I have to delete then re download.
Be cool if there was a way to pull up your barcode to scan…
RapidFiredPizza doesn’t work so don’t bother downloading it. It won’t let you place an order or the total will be 0.00 so just save time and go in person.
Unable to add payments.. screen just hangs. You don’t even get an opportunity to add a credit card.
Cannot place an order. Once you add payment and tap process transaction you get a blank screen and it never goes through.
The worst most malfunctioning app of any large company I have ever used. Constantly asks me to log out and back in. Payment screen stays white and doesn’t tell me if an order confirmed. Doesn’t register rewards for some orders. Error after error.
Tried to order for lunch on RapidFiredPizza . Closest store came up no problem, was able to build my own pizza without a problem but when I put in my payment info, it wouldn’t process. Each time I clicked “process transaction”, the screen went blank. Tried multiple times with same result. I only had 30 minutes for lunch and had been trying to place the order prior to my actual break. I finally gave up and went elsewhere. Definitely needs work!
Doesn’t allow you to order through RapidFiredPizza from nearest store. Pointless.
RapidFiredPizza NEVER works. Pages won’t load and continuous error messages. Even after deleting and reinstalling RapidFiredPizza it won’t allow orders do be placed. Worked once a year ago and hadn’t worked since.
Everytime i try to order, my order disappears, i get told my order isn’t right, and i have to try my payment at least 5 times before it goes through. By the time it works i don’t even want to eat from here anymore.
App is garbage, won’t process payments after taking the time to enter orders.
Couldn’t place an order because a pizza was zero dollars for whatever reason. Somehow fix that by editing my build your own pizza. Then I couldn’t place an order because it couldn’t process my credit card.
Store locator works OK. Building out the pizza was fine. Renders RapidFiredPizza useless when you can’t place the order.
There is only one rapid fired in my area and RapidFiredPizza shows the wrong address for the store.
Trying to set up a account and no email is being sent for verification, checked junk folder etc.
Gave up on RapidFiredPizza after multiple attempts to add items locked it up. Started over. Gave up and used the website. Good pizza. Terrible tech.

A nicely designed app, menu is easy to navigate. I wish the menu removed or hid products that weren’t available. I was building a custom salad and couldn’t add to cart until I scrolled back to the top and realized the “unavailable” note over the product image. Was nice to have the option to checkout as a guest.
