Was disappointed that I couldn’t add the family to one account. It worked for a week then hasn’t worked since. Unable to login any account. It’s like it’s shut down

starting today I need to switch pharmacies. this option is in all ways broken. I tap on change pharmacies, I am given a search bar, and no matter what I enter, no actual options show up, not for "cvs", not for the phone number, not for anything I enter. it simply buffers for a split second and does nothing, no results, no explanation. completely unusable for me getting my medicine. tried both app and website. the entire service appears to be completely non functional.

I was so happy that my pharmacy finally had an app. But like other reviews that I’ve read, I can’t register. It says something went wrong. But what? All my info is correct. And I don’t see the administrator responding to anyone’s reviews. Very disappointing.

Downloaded app, but unable to use. Cannot get past first screen asking to find pharmacy. Entered phone number in every imaginable combination with no results. Tried pharmacy name in multiple ways with same results. Worthless , unusable app!

My pharmacy switch to this software in the last year and so far, I hate Rx365. It was good in the beginning, but my family’s profile hasn’t updated in 2 months. The last rx it shows filled were in December or none at all. So aggravating.

Rx365 is frequently incorrect in the number of refills available and the meds that are available or have been sent in. It’s incredibly frustrating not to be able to accurately see information.

Unable to create an account and it won’t tell me why. Tried three times. It just says “whoops, unable to create account at this time.” Um, I need a little more support than that?
My pharmacy just notified me that they are using Rx365 and I’m starting to think I need to switch pharmacies.

Rx365 is bottom of the barrel. I hate the fact I have to use it. The only reason I do is because my small family owned pharmacy uses it. That’s it. I can’t list all that’s wrong because there isn’t enough room. Do better or I hope the smaller pharmacies can find better.

Rx365 looks completely different on my iPhone 13 Pro. There are no graphics. It’s all extra large letters. The letters go off the screen and you can’t read them. It’s so simplistic it’s ridiculous. Maybe for a free app this is what we get, but it’s not very useful.

Totally useless app. Why bother with Rx365 when you still have to call the pharmacy for your refills? This is very disappointing because it is very difficult for me to get to a phone during business hours due to work restrictions.
Please fix this.

I registered for my pharmacy. I think it worked once. Since then, no matter how many times I try to delete and reload Rx365 or change my password, every time I try to sign in it just says my session expired and I need to sign in again. It also won’t let me reregister because my email has been used. Rx365 is completely useless for me!!!!

Our pharmacy switched to Rx365 for script management and it’s the worst decision they could have made. It’s nice to have the scripts in one place but doesn’t do much good when Rx365 crashes every time I submit one for refill. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Rx365 multiple times and no luck fixing the issue. Waste of an app since I have to call in every time for a refill! Really disappointed that we were forced to use Rx365 and it doesn’t work.

No options available after downloading app and trying to enter pharmacy name or phone number. I can press return, but never any icon to search. Actually, you can’t even see the field again where you typed pharmacy phone/name. Just stuck there. I have tried the several ways to delete Rx365 from my iPhone. It truly never deletes because it still shows up in Rx365 Store to download again.

I’ve been trying to use Rx365 for 3 days in a row and it simply will not load and find my pharmacy. I’ve closed it and opened it so many times. Super frustrating!

It would be great if you could link families. You shouldn't have to keep multiple accounts for multiple family members. A few glitches could be fixed too, since I always get complaints that people can’t see all of their prescriptions. Otherwise I like the concept

I’ve been enjoying Rx365 but recently it crashes whenever I try to select a date to pick up. So I have to call the pharmacy.

Would have given 5 stars if I were able to have my whole family under one app. Should develop a way to grant proxy access for dependents and other family members. MyChart and MyUPMC has that ability.

Rx365 has been great for our pharmacy, but the BIGGEST COMPLAINT has to be that family members are not able to be linked. Children should not have a separate login! How do you link whole families to use one account?

This is not loading at all. It has a white screen and sometimes will ask for the pharmacy search and nothing comes up just a wheel spinning.

This is by far the best app that my independent pharmacy has ever had. As others have said it would be great if they allowed you to link family members. But, I am told that this is in the works. Overall Rx365 offers many more services than previously available.
