Doesn’t Work

The App just doesn’t work no matter how many times I delete/redownload it and update my iOS, so I can’t get updates or be in touch with my child’s preschool. It’s been super glitchy in the past when it did “work.” Definitely going to suggest my preschool switches to something else. Customer Care has also been unhelpful.

The app gets stuck trying to load so we cannot contact our daughter’s preschool as this app is their primary form of communication. I tried reaching out to Jackrabbit support and they said they won’t help me because I’m just a parent and not the school itself. Bad app, bad service.
Never loads, waste of time

Highly recommend against. Almost entirely unusable as it never seems to load. I am able to access the app less than 50% of the times I try.
