I have a package lost and I did everything (by everything I mean EVERYTHING, I contacted the website and the local carrier, and knocked all my neighbors’ door asking whether they have my package by accident, and I even go to the trash dumpster to see whether the wrap is there) by myself while the customer service and the local carrier pushing the problem to each other in an extremely inefficient way. The still asked me to do more checking and implying that this is my problem even though I am the victim. I got my responses at least three days after I sent my questions, I feel terrible about spending my entire week and half to have to deal with the other bunch of things they asked me to “double check” again and again and again after finishing a 8 hours shift. Don’t shop from MUSINSA. They don’t take any responsibility not even the bare minimum. I highly suspect that such a huge enterprise in fashion industry who spent millions on commercial and even paid for K-pop stars like New Jeans to promote doesn’t include an insurance for their merchants. Terrible experience as a previous loyal customer. One star. Quit.

I placed my first order and only part of the item were shipped. Still waiting on the other items its been a month and they don't let you cancel saying its been shipped. No update , no tracking, no response from customer service. I tried to return an item, going through these massive steps and I still haven't got a response. Not worth spending time and money for this company.

I requested a return due to a size exchange, but they said returns are not allowed at all. This is absolutely ridiculous for a company that doesn’t even have offline stores. If the products purchased online can’t be returned, this is outright fraud. Do not buy from this company under any circumstances.

Dear this app,
I am a very avid shopper and just wanted to ask to please remove the feature that hides sold out items on shopper’s wishlists even. Though an item is sold out, I would like to be able to access them if I ever want to search it up again. Thank you!

Some of the brands on this app are pretty questionable. I’ve bought stuff from other platforms like wconcept before but never had I have this bad of an experience. I bought a beanie and it’s not even knitted pattern but a color print, and the print is already peeling off right out of bag. It’s really hard to trust what to buy on here.

I placed my first order for 3 products. Displayed on there was - United States:5-7days. Payment completed on 9/23. It’s been 12 days and now it still shows “Dispatched “. Even the products haven’t been shipped yet. I left a message for customer service 2 days ago, and there’s been no reply. Also orders cannot be canceled. No way to contact customer service by phone. Totally fake app.

I put in the correct address and I never got my package because they shipped it to the wrong address. I emailed support and they said there was nothing they could do because it was marked as delivered. I’m unable to track it through MUSINSA and they didn’t do anything to help me find my package and won’t give me a refund.
Would not recommend MUSINSA.

Never response to the customer service, every time I go to the contact us page, yall signs me out. So I have to log in every time I use the customer service page. There is an order tracking system, which does not work at all. The package was dispatched for two weeks, IT DIDNT EVEN PROGRSSED A SINGLE BIT FOR TWO WEEKS,and then all of a sudden they notified me that the order has been returned due to an incorrect address. So I was trying to reach them out, the customer service NEVER replies to requests. Thye dont have a phone call service, no live chats. Just an inquiry page where I can post a questions, of course you dont even know if they will ever answer the question or not, what happened to the one that ive sent request a week ago? No one came to answer. And now I am just sitting here having no idea where my 200 dollar worth package went. Wonderful company very quick response, with a very very organized tracking system.

I requested a return for one of the clothes I ordered on December 3rd because it was delayed too much. However, as of today, January 13th, the return has not been completed. This is unacceptable. The customer service only says they will inform me as soon as they hear from the brand, but they are not taking any other action. Do not spend your money and time here. It's unbelievable to have to wait this long.

DO NOT buy from them! They don’t accept returns unless “the responsibility is on the brand”. The jacket I bought ended up fitting me weird and way too oversized so I wanted to return it and they denied my request. I am very sad because it was an expensive jacket, I would’ve even been fine with store credit instead of a full refund. They took several days to respond to me and only could offer a useless apology. Horrible company, save your time and money!

I’ll be honest. MUSINSA is poorly engineered. It’s slow and feels cheaply made. You can just tell because everything you do takes a lot of time to load. MUSINSA in reality is just a browser that loads really slowly and get breaks. For example, today, suddenly the navigation bar is broken and is just floating in the middle of the front page. This just indicates to me that this team or whoever they hired, do NOT know how to design and create functional apps.

All they do is apologize! It’s gotten worse since I first started. They take days to weeks to respond. They never give refund. They display items they aren’t selling and allow purchases. Only to cancel the item after then hold your refund money on a “request” for an issue they caused! To make things worse I had to reach out to them to figure out what was going on with an item they decided to cancel after I bought it. It still took them a while. They lied about a measurement for one of the pants I purchased. Leaving me unsatisfied & unable to get a refund.

I’ve been trying to buy clothes off of here for weeks now but for some reason it’s not allowing me. I thought it was just my card so I tried buying stuff off of someone else’s card and it didn’t work. It kept telling me “issuer suspected fraud”. Very disappointed :/

The clothes are so cute but the order I made on 12/30 are still in the dispatched status even after 3 weeks. My order was only one item and the customer service stopped responding to my requests after saying they would update me on my shipping status A WEEK AGO. I ordered a dress that I wanted to wear to an event in february, but now I dont think I’ll be able to. Terrible service.

I love this app and overall I used to love the speed in which my clothes arrived to me. Before it took about 2 days after shipping for them to arrive but now that they’ve changed the logistics company it takes weeks for the clothes to arrive and not only that but my package arrives hella damaged because y’all decided to use usps . GO BACK TO UPS!! or at least give options to choose the shipping service!!

I order something and it’s been a few weeks and hasn’t been shipped yet. They are slow on their delivery and it’s very annoying.

I had trouble signing in so wanted to reach out to the cs team. But when I click ‘Contact us’ button, the page directly leads me to the sign in page, which I am having an issue with.
How can I connect to the CS team if I cnt sign in? This is my first time using MUSINSA but its very hard to use.

When looking at reviews for pants it’s kind of hard to compare the reviews to my own size. Since I wear Western sizes, I think it would be easier to sort reviews based on waist sizes to make it easier to compare the fit. Especially when different company’s have different comparisons when it the level of stretch for each company is different.

So far I’ve made 3 orders and everything has been really good quality!! Feels like I’m in South Korea still lol
