I have a package lost and I did everything (by everything I mean EVERYTHING, I contacted the website and the local carrier, and knocked all my neighbors’ door asking whether they have my package by accident, and I even go to the trash dumpster to see whether the wrap is there) by myself while the customer service and the local carrier pushing the problem to each other in an extremely inefficient way. The still asked me to do more checking and implying that this is my problem even though I am the victim. I got my responses at least three days after I sent my questions, I feel terrible about spending my entire week and half to have to deal with the other bunch of things they asked me to “double check” again and again and again after finishing a 8 hours shift. Don’t shop from this app. They don’t take any responsibility not even the bare minimum. I highly suspect that such a huge enterprise in fashion industry who spent millions on commercial and even paid for K-pop stars like New Jeans to promote doesn’t include an insurance for their merchants. Terrible experience as a previous loyal customer. One star. Quit.

Never response to the customer service, every time I go to the contact us page, yall signs me out. So I have to log in every time I use the customer service page. There is an order tracking system, which does not work at all. The package was dispatched for two weeks, IT DIDNT EVEN PROGRSSED A SINGLE BIT FOR TWO WEEKS,and then all of a sudden they notified me that the order has been returned due to an incorrect address. So I was trying to reach them out, the customer service NEVER replies to requests. Thye dont have a phone call service, no live chats. Just an inquiry page where I can post a questions, of course you dont even know if they will ever answer the question or not, what happened to the one that ive sent request a week ago? No one came to answer. And now I am just sitting here having no idea where my 200 dollar worth package went. Wonderful company very quick response, with a very very organized tracking system.

All they do is apologize! It’s gotten worse since I first started. They take days to weeks to respond. They never give refund. They display items they aren’t selling and allow purchases. Only to cancel the item after then hold your refund money on a “request” for an issue they caused! To make things worse I had to reach out to them to figure out what was going on with an item they decided to cancel after I bought it. It still took them a while. They lied about a measurement for one of the pants I purchased. Leaving me unsatisfied & unable to get a refund.
