I should have 15G of data*high speed*, STILL! I haven’t ran out of data for 2 months, this month; my data ceased by the 12th of the month! What changed? On my end, absolutely nothing!!! My data usage for this cycle before I manually reset it was only at 9.2G used… so why am I experiencing no network; what-so-ever????!!
Well, funny the elephant in the room was acknowledged! Here’s what I was told upon contacting customer service; I relay the issue to customer service, how my high speed data has ran out before it’s use, he looks at the account, sees the data isn’t working, doesn’t understand why! Cause even IF, I had been out of data*high speed*; I should still have access at a lower rate of speed!!!
So, they expedite my case onward, it’ll be 24 to 48 hours to hear from the department that can’t fix it! This is complete and udder, bull cockeye!! A heaping pile of steamy cow poo!
