How to fix MonkeyCool app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MonkeyCool app on iPhone
Update MonkeyCool app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MonkeyCool iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MonkeyCool on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MonkeyCool network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MonkeyCool Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MonkeyCool not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MonkeyCool App
1. On android, goto Settings » MonkeyCool » click [Force Stop]

Update MonkeyCool to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MonkeyCool App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MonkeyCool » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MonkeyCool.

Fix MonkeyCool unable to contact server/ MonkeyCool internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MonkeyCool » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MonkeyCool » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
