I downloaded the app to do the 7 day free trial. But decided I DID NOT wish to continue with a paid version. Yesterday I went into Apple settings on my phone and cancelled. This was a full 5 days before the 7 day free trial was over. The cancellation process showed it was successful. Then this morning I received an email from Apple confirming my purchase?!?! Now my subscription in settings says it will auto renew next year.
BEWARE: watch your app billings this company is straight up scamming for dollars.

I wrote a really long review, but I can’t find it anywhere. I have been trying to contact customer service with no luck. It gives you meal suggestions, but does not give you shopping list, or a way to see meals in advance, so there is no way to prepare for meals. I have been using JustFit without realizing this app is from the same app developer, so I am paying for double the exercises with no way to cancel. Between the two I have spent $150 for basically nothing it’s interesting that customer service replies to random reviews but cannot answer an email. I usually read reviews before I buy an app, I’m upset I didn’t read the other reviews on this one first or I would have never signed up. I see the same complaints. I am having - they do not use your answers to the questionnaire so why bother doing it, there’s no way to plan for meals, and the exercises are repetitive. I feel like a sucker for paying for this!

I currently do calorie counting through the app called ‘Lose It!’ It’s a wonderful app, the app lose it tells me I’ll reach my goal weight in 2024 . This app did not, I got this the beginning of December 2022 and it said I would lose over 100lbs by the beginning of march, day 1 it instructed me to eat only 350 calories for the whole day and do extreme exercise the rest of the day. As someone who in my teen year struggled with anorexia and other eating disorders and then turning to food for comfort this not a good way to lose weight for me. My weight and body image of myself is really hard for my mental health had I been in a bad mental state downloading it , it would not have been good, I feel like this app is promoting anorexia and it’s disgusting, you can lose weight as long as you eat food in moderation.
