No way to contact support. Disappointing

Waste of my time. Nothing works and used the pro version. Find a better program elsewhere. This is junk. Would not import music.

There is absolutely no need to get full photo access to have OnBeat functioning. I already selected the media I want and that’s it.

App is largely useless because you can’t export the audio with the reels. Then when you click OnBeat prompt to add music from IG, the function always glitches and the music is never available for selection.

So no matter what, you can never use audio from OnBeat or IG.

If you plan on downloading OnBeat plan on sharing permissions to all of your photos or it won’t work you can’t use this on limitd access it won’t let you

OnBeat keeps crashing when you try to save your video, I emailed them and even shut my phone off and still does the same thing. I don’t recommend to get OnBeat.

App doesn’t work unless you allow access to ALL of your photos. I don’t allow that with any other app!

You download the images and videos and it works great. Any adjustments it’s not loading and seems to get stuck as well when you try to safe the video it takes forever and seems to struggle and never started to safe. Draft is not possible to save it due to data missing and you have to start again. Frustrating

Why would you need full permission to all my pics? I selected 5 to work on to begin with, but you won’t let me create anything because I didn’t give you permission to all my pics? Hmmmm fishy much…wanted to love it but you are crashing and annoying me already the first 3 mins..thanks but no thanks you can keep your app.

Keeps crashing after I add media and music from iTunes. Goes to analyzing music and then crashes. Unusable. And a waste of $1.99!

in theory OnBeat is a good idea, but there is much room for improvement. first, OnBeat crashes constantly. it’s annoying, yes, but it is also devastating to lose a work in progress entirely because there is no “save draft” feature. i have wasted countless hours rebuilding content i lost because OnBeat is unable to stay open. definitely not worth paying for pro features (at least until whatever app crashing bug is fixed and a save draft feature is created)

I just downloaded this and was trying to upload the maximum allowed of 60 photos and videos but for some reason it wouldn’t create a video unless I give full access to my photo library! Why do you need full access when you only need 60 vids and pix?? So much shadiness going on. So I ended deleting OnBeat . I have over 72,800 photos and 15,000 videos. If you only need 60, no need to access my full library. People be ware!

Why does your music have copyright issues? Don’t include music in you catalog and let us make a video to the beat and then take out the music when we export it due to copyright issues.
And please include more “fun” upbeat music.

Update: received feedback from developer that update corrected the issue of crashing when trying to save. I’ll give it a go. ——(original review->) If you’re looking for a pic collage app that not only doesn’t have folders to store your works-in-progress, but also crashes every time you try to save them, then this is OnBeat you’re looking for!

OnBeat is great, until I go to save my video then it comes back with an error making it useless if I’m unable to download or share my content.

Great app. The customized beat feature is amazing. Take songs from files and using YouTube mp3 converter is great. Only thing is I put hours into a video and upon saving to library it crashes. Unfortunately I’ve wasted so much time. And I’ve bought the pro version if your wondering.

I’ve been struggling as a millennial trying to figure out how to make reels. But this one is pretty user friendly and I really like that once I import videos or photos I can swap them around till I get the configuration I like. Wish there was more music though for an app called beats. There definately should be way more option. If you want music that’s current you have to have it on file or download it from iTunes.

Starting to work on my craft and I don’t have much great tools, but I downloaded OnBeat a while back and never used it until today. Man I loved the results I got just on the first try! I’ll definitely be using OnBeat a lot more after today! Great job who ever made OnBeat, I appreciate everyone that was involved in it ! God bless!

I like OnBeat. You can put your on music and a lot more, it’s different because you have to play with it to find out all its potential.

After using it for a few times, it’s my go-to app now for making short videos! It’s automatically cut my videos and sync them to beats!

Absolutely great!

OnBeat is so good I would spend hours editing and this does it for you and it’s not like it has horrible songs the songs are amazing, highly recommend

I spent a whole day trying to find an App to sync a slideshow with music beats. And I as glad to give OnBeat a try, and immediately paid for it.

It is very straight forward, user friendly and does the job I wanted.
