I bought my app years ago. I bought the premium version (lifetime) by then the logo was black. Now I have changed to the Iphone 13 Pro Max and when I tried to open StoryArt it told me that it had been removed from StoryArt Store which was not a surprise to me since it had happened to me with other apps which when I downloaded the new version I was able to restore without problem . Instead, it is despite the fact that they created the same app, same designs and same creator information but with a different color in its logo, it did not let me restore. What has caused me amazement is that I have been trying to contact support for months without being able to assist me. What to expect: They send you a reception email where they say that in 24 hours they will give you an answer along with some steps to follow for a correct restoration that do not work at all. It is well known that many creators of payment apps tend to knock them down over time, leaving all those who believed in them hooked, but... is it fair that they do so in StoryArt Store, a serious platform that meets so many requirements? I'm still waiting for my money and my time invested in my designs that stayed in the Story Art app has been worth it 🙃

I really like the new app. Some ways it’s way better than the old app. Having the ability to be even more creative is HUGE for me!
That allows me to use the black ground that I created off StoryArt, that I want to use for my business colors. The old app didn’t allow for that. So that’s HUGE! Thank you!!🙏😊

One thing that I hope this new app has, that I haven’t looked to see yet~ due to time on my part (aka busy mom of of toddler~so my time to work is different each day)
When making highlight covers. How much creative ability is available for creating highlight covers? ( If it’s the same as the old app? Then changing that and allowing the ability to be more creative would also be HUGE!
I would be willing to offer idea’s on how to make it better 🙏😊

A feature that’s missing from this new app, that the old app had. Was the ability to add pr~made designs to a favorites list. That would be different from the saved project list.

I purchased VIP lifetime membership & was loving StoryArt until I tried to open & was told StoryArt is no longer available in App Store. I deleted old app & downloaded new app but now having to re-purchase membership because they want a screen shot of when you purchased before?? I purchased in 2019, I don’t have a screenshot of my purchase from 2 years ago! Why can’t you sign into your account? So you purchase, they update StoryArt to make you re-purchase?! Complete scam! I will NOT repurchase, I will find a better app & one that doesn’t try to rip people off! I will also tell anyone I can possibly tell not to purchase StoryArt.

I’ve purchased year of subscription for app this company had before. After about 6 months, they decided to disable it and made this new app. Ok. I wanted to use it, as I paid for it (with Apple credit). I downloaded new app and had trouble to activate old subscription again. I reached to customer service on Instagram and they literally did NOTHING. They told me to write to Apple. Seriously? Did Apple charge me and then decided to NOT deliver what I paid for?
Don’t pay for this thing unless you want problems. There are other apps which are problem free and customer service is better.

UPDATE: I reached out to the creator via IG and they were quick to help me after I sent them a photo showing proof of my previous purchase. Happy to have StoryArt back along with the new content to use.

It states that VIP has their previous subscription restored well that’s not the case at all. It’s trying to charge me... please fix this.

StoryArt changed their branding and app name. I paid for Lifetime Pro subscription, but then the new iteration of StoryArt wasn’t restoring that purchase. On StoryArt , they have a way to work around this if you can provide a screenshot of the purchase receipt from Apple. The work around took a little time to track down the receipt, but once I did it was quick and easy.

I am upset because on Story Art I had purchased all the temples (VIP package) and now I downloaded the new and improved version and it states I have to purchase all the templates again. That is not fair.

I reported the issue via the customer service. I provided my receipt of what I purchased and it was restored! Thank you 🙏🏽

I’ve loved StoryArt for years but I’ve just downloaded the most recent update and PLEASEEE fix the fact that when I upload a photo it automatically crops the full photo and its ruining my experience. I am not able to choose what part of my photo I want to use. PLEASE FIX. Thank you.

Hands down the best app. I’ve tried about 20 other apps all asking for my email to even try it out. This one gives you the opportunity to try it and love it!!! I was a fan of the old app that has since been discontinued. Love the Gold and silver letter options! It’s a winner!!!!

had story art before downloading StoryArt. Why can’t I restore payment from previous purchase of this app since it is the same thing?

When I purchased StoryArt , it was amazing! I could create my own “trends” or use their templates. When creating my own, they had a huge selection of music to choose from. But, with the last update, there are maybe 18-ish songs to choose from when creating your own template.

The current trends are still listed, but I don’t want to use the same ones over and over again.

Maybe it’s a bug that needs to be fixed…?

I love StoryArt and as much as I would love to give it 5 stars…it has started to act up. When I’m trying to edit the pictures and going through the filters, they stop proving a preview and no matter what I do gets stuck on one preview and I have to exit out of the whole thing. It just continues over and over.

I looooove StoryArt i used to use story art all the tine in both pictures and videos
But lately (in both story art and artory) whenever i save a video it doesn’t work at all i find it saved in a still way (as if it’s a picture) so i hope you’ll fix this soon in StoryArt

Updated with new templates

StoryArt keeps getting stuck while using and it has caused my phone to get stuck too now.
I have messaged them via app and also emailed them to the email address that they’ve provided me. Yet i still have no updates to my problem and it’s causing more and more issues to my phone.

The original app (Story Art) suddenly disappeared from StoryArt store eventho i just renewed my Pro subscription a few months before. I download the new app and follow the step by step guide to restore my subscription, the new app restored my old subscription. It works well for maybe a month and the suddenly yesterday the new app asked me to subscribe to the Pro version eventho i already did! And now i can’t use all the Pro filters and frames! Please fix it ASAP.

I have written emails and reviews numerous times now and absolutely no response. Do not waste your money 99% of the templates can not be customized to your specific brand, colors, text, also not that’s any of the added graphics to the templates can not be altered, hence once again not customizable to a specific brand. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! They will not respond for a credit.

It’s one of the very few apps I paid for because I liked it that much and use it pretty often. I love the new one. Slight changes but same great content.

Not as easy as the prior version. Can’t add photos as easily. When attempting to add photos from my album only shows the 2 I added for the first project and doesn’t give me option to add more.
Disappointed. I truly liked the prior version.

Pretty disappointed that it didn’t recognize I had previously purchased the old app like it was supposed too. So I ended up buying again and got charged for an additional unlock which should have been included it stated it was.

I love the features of StoryArt, but more often than not it won’t even load off of the main screen - it just freezes and won’t let you do anything. It’s so frustrating. I’ve tried everything to make it work but it appears to be a bug or something. Really wish they could fix this because I used to love StoryArt.
