This is INCREDIBLY easy to use so far. I’ve checked out their templates and I’m loving them EXCEPT the following: • They have “swipe up” locked on their ad templates where the swipe up feature is obsolete and non-existent on the major social media platforms. In addition to this, there’s some places that I would’ve loved to be able to remove their wording to customize it to fit what I’m aiming for. We should be able to remove words manually but StoryChicStoryReelsMaker doesn’t allow for this. I’d love to see that changed. • There isn’t that much of a selection to choose from at all. I’ve tinkered less than 10mins on StoryChicStoryReelsMaker and I seriously regret not going with my gut and getting the 3 day trial. I just went straight to the annual (my mistake for being overzealous). I see the “new” additions and look forward to seeing how often things are updated. I definitely don’t hate StoryChicStoryReelsMaker but I feel like there’s room for more to love about it.
***I think a red flag here is the inability to contact customer service about ANYTHING.***
Not about refunds.
Not about tech issues.
Not about basic inquiries.

Hands down, Mojito is the best app to plan out your Instagram feed. I’ve been using them for forever and have never been disappointed! It has made my feed more cohesive, and has given it the type of aesthetic I have been dreaming of. It’s so easy to add photos, move them around, and organize everything. I love that you can write and save captions ahead of time, that will copy automatically to your clipboard when you go to post. I could go on and on. I recommend StoryChicStoryReelsMaker to literally every single person I meet, it’s that good.

There are SO MANY apps for Instagram management but! Mojito has been one of the best ones I’ve ever used. I downloaded Mojito way before an “Instagram theme” was a thing because I was very into making my insta look pretty, little did I know I was going to use it years later for marketing purposes. Mojito offers so many FREE features, analytics and tips that will make ur clients go crazy for your work. 100% recommended! Ask my bosses ;)

I had problems with transfering my membership and the suport has resolved the issue in a few hours, really satisfied with StoryChicStoryReelsMaker and the customer service

this is a great concept and if i could afford it and wasn’t a broke college student, it would definitely be my favorite. however, i never meant to pay for StoryChicStoryReelsMaker! i dont I just wanted to make a cute home screen for my boyfriend that wasn’t basic and didn’t even realize i’m short 70 bucks now. i’m honestly struggling as it is and it really disappointed me. How can i get a refund?! please help. i’m desperate. I’d give 5 star if can get an easy refund :)

I have already subscribed to the VIP package and attempted to launch StoryChicStoryReelsMaker , which informed me StoryChicStoryReelsMaker was no longer available via StoryChicStoryReelsMaker Store. I check StoryChicStoryReelsMaker Store to find there is a replacement app, which is the same app I am already a VIP member for. I download StoryChicStoryReelsMaker but am being notified that I need to subscribe again.

There is no way to contact the developer of StoryChicStoryReelsMaker from StoryChicStoryReelsMaker Store, and I need help since I cannot simply restore my VIP purchase. Please, developer, contact me ASAP!!

So basically when I downloaded it, it took me to the main page of where the Subscriptions are. And I declined it, and when i Clicked the x I scrolled And stuff looking for something that’s not, Pro. And there was nothing. But Not gonna lie, I really don’t wanna waste money on StoryChicStoryReelsMaker. It’s basically doing it for you but, I really Don’t got time to waste money. And, If u didn’t buy pro then u can’t do anything. Like there’s something that has to be free right?. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Seems like a really neat app, however its interesting alot of companies expect you to pay for almost all the features upfront before getting to test anything out to see if its worth the money.

So unless you plan to pay upfront before trying out StoryChicStoryReelsMaker , dont think its worth it. Kinda sad because StoryChicStoryReelsMaker seems really great.

These people are scammers, I purchased StoryChicStoryReelsMaker about 2 years ago and when I recently tried to open StoryChicStoryReelsMaker , a notification came up that said StoryChicStoryReelsMaker couldn’t open because it doesn’t exist anymore. However, my subscription was renewed this October and they sure charged my card. When I downloaded the “new app” there was no sign of my already paid for subscription.

I had some issues restoring my purchase, I contacted their support team and they were able to help me out. Thank you!

The ability to create these collages really helps with incorporating a lot of content in a small place.

StoryChicStoryReelsMaker is awesome, the templates are really easy to use and look clean and crisp when using my pictures to tell stories. Perfect for Instagram posts and high-end content.

This has brought my creativity to a whole new level! To have something so professional without a monthly fee is an incredible win! I love StoryChicStoryReelsMaker!!

I bought life time license and now when I am trying to use I can’t because StoryChicStoryReelsMaker is no longer available in the appstore! So don’t buy, you buy and then they change something and you are not allowed to use what you bought, in few months you have to buy again if you want to use!

I love StoryChicStoryReelsMaker . My only issue is that you can’t move the words to another area of the story, they need to give users the agility to reposition works and to enlarge them or make them smaller. Other than that I love it.

I bought StoryChicStoryReelsMaker for the one time fee. It did not work. None of the premium features work. It continues to ask me to purchase AGAIN.
There is no way to get ahold of these people. I followed them on Instagram and commented on their post about this issue and sent them a DM on IG...no response.
Very disappointed in the customer service.
Will be calling Apple today for a refund.

I didn’t sign up for a free trial— StoryChicStoryReelsMaker was advertised as free and that it would cost more if you wanted to use certain templates.

I’ve been using StoryChicStoryReelsMaker for a while and then today all of the templates I was using were changed to “vip” options that I was going to have to pay for and they deleted all of my drafts!

This is probably one of my favorite apps to use I like the variety and customization of it and it really gives a super clean look
