They took 3 weeks to respond to my initial email about the images all having lines across them in Frameit . It’s been two months now and the issue still has not been resolved and I’ve not received a refund. I asked them to please fix the issue or give me a refund and they have not done either. I don’t know how to get ahold of the people behind Frameit.

$8 a MONTH for premium? Seriously!? The features Frameit offers are not unique or groundbreaking enough to justify that price. I’ll just take the extra 2 minutes to edit my photos into backgrounds myself. My advice is don’t give these greedy apps any of your money, they should be ashamed of themselves.

For some reason lately when I import my artwork it becomes distorted and looks squished in height. For example I have a piece that is 18 x 24 inches but looks more like 18 x 22.

I contacted customer support days ago but no response.

If this didn’t happen I would have given Frameit 4-5 stars because I do like it otherwise.

I was enjoying the trial edition of Frameit until the last update. When I saved pictures with just the frame to my camera roll, there were no watermarks in the top left hand corner but after the last update the watermark shows in that corner when save the picture to my camera roll and it kind of ruins the picture. If you can update the trial version so the watermark won’t show when saved to the camera roll, that’ll be great.

I give this app 4 out 5, here’s my reason why. Since I have used Frameit I saw a huge difference on my website. It displays beautifully. Email verification is a concern

Absolutely love to work with it, it has all the features I need, I would like to recommend and extra style of interiors, like Classic and especially English country side as it is more of my art style.

Really like Frameit would give 5 stars if I could get to all my photo albums. Can only get to a limited number of albums. I need to take screenshots of the photo I want then can find it in recents.

Love Frameit but REALLY need more reels and backgrounds to choose from. Also it would be helpful to be able to change the frames that reels put on your artwork and size of the artwork.

I paid for a subscription so I could save my work to my camera roll on my iPad and it only saves to the this app album. I love Frameit, but if I can’ save the work then I wasted my money!!!!!!

this app app is easy to use with customizable frames and editing tools. The interface works for all skill levels. It's a handy tool for adding creativity to photos. I gave it four stars since I just downloaded and started using it.

This is what I was looking for it has variety of frames and interiors so easy to use and fairly cheap compared to others

Provides professional presentation and the ability to try different frames, settings, backgrounds and so much more..

What happened to the older version….or the version I had, please let me get back there…. This version is not up to past app…..

Thus AP understands artists with so many ways to present our art. If they keep adding to this I will scream from the highest rafters for EVERYONE TO JOIN! Grateful I found you!

Although i paid for subscription for one year i am not able to use it as i am treated like i did not subscribe
