Withdrawal

Been using the app for years, sent in for a relatively small withdrawal compared to what I have spent and have had no response in 21 days now and account locked since I initiated the withdrawal.
I have emailed and chatted multiple times with no response other than “account is still in review”. Pretty absurd to wait 21 days for a review process with no communication back. Let alone I have had my withdrawal money tied up, I have not been able to continue betting with the rest of the money in my account.
Wish I could give a negative rating

I’ve probably ran $1k through and have won nothing over $10. Thought I’d give it one last shot. Deposited $200 total just tonight and ate everything within minutes. Don’t waste your time, money or sanity. Just close your account and lit your money on fire, be better entertainment than this garbage… and the 5 start rating on here are either paid for or put up by an employee

I’ve tried to get on for 2 days and can’t And before that they would geolocate all the time!’ I can’t go through my web browser either it doesn’t load!!! Spent a lot of money in this casino and can’t play anymore! I actually deleted the app and reloaded it, I deleted GeoGuard and reloaded it NOTHING! I also turned my phone off and turned it back on At this point I’m done!!
