How to fix Dime app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dime app on iPhone
Update Dime app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dime iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dime on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dime network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Dime app issues:

Force Stop the Dime App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Dime app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Dime to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dime App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Dime app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Dime.

Fix Dime unable to contact server/ Dime internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Dime » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Dime » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dime on android.
