this app is an amateur, buggy, and lacking product that I regret paying for. Sure the design is nice on the surface, but there are basic bugs in the platform, both browser and app, that have not been addressed for the several months I've been using it. The features that do "work" are not as usefull or well-developed as other platforms out there. It's clear this is a platform developed by amateur developers. Plus I had to pay about $800 for a year of their product, and only realized it wasn't for me until I got a chance to use it in depth and by then it was too late to cancel, and the company refuses to issue a refund (even prorated amount). Not great customer service or business decision. Save yourself time, money, and strife, and use a different rental management platform.
I just downloaded Lodgify and immediately sent to a page that says “welcome back” and requires sign-on credentials even though I am a new user (no option to create an account). I tried using my email to request a password change, but the information doesn’t show up in my email. So I can’t even get started to give any kind of rating.
I’ve been a paid subscriber for 6 months. I’ve had issues with my connection to VRBO and have tried multiple times to get support and it hasn’t been resolved. Very frustrating. I will be looking for a replacement channel manager
I regularly missed messages from my guests because Lodgify notification system constantly glitches out. I have to watch both Vrbo and Airbnb apps for guest messages and then try to find them in the this app app. Sometimes they are there without a notification, sometimes they are not there at all.
If I could give this less than a 1 star, I would. Takes 2 weeks to even schedule an onboarding call but you’re still paying from day 1. Syncing issues every other day which then lead to a loss of business. Vrbo doesn’t even show your listings when you sync with lodging. Customer service is terrible. Just stay away.
Terrible app. Terrible terrible customer service. Looks like 1995. Interface and no ability to set up a proper working team communication. Awful awful customer service
A channel manager, such as this app is an essential part of any short term, rental business. We’re glad that we have this app as ours, initially chosen because friends, who are our mentors, used it. We truly appreciate all of the enhancements improvements that have brought Lodgify functionality and workflow closer to that available on a laptop. This is becoming more important as everyone expects quick responsiveness even from small businesses such as ours that do not have a 24/7 team. With Lodgify , we have most of the key functionality available at my fingertips anytime anywhere.
It has become much easier to integrate this app with channels, and with other external software, such as beyond, which is our pricing tool. With API integration provided directly within this app, users can quickly integrate a new channel or new external software without having to rely on another team doing the integration for you.
this app’s features have continued to improve, with their calendar display being particularly notable, because so much information is now so quickly available at a glance, which is what owners need from there channel manager.
this app has increased pace of improvements, establishing a rigorous beta improvement process via the TestFlight app, which allows me along with other users to provide detailed feedback on issues, new features that are being implemented, along with privatization of potential or planned upgrades. This helps the software team quickly understand what is needed from a user rather than developer perspective, and it is led to a notable overall improvement in the this app app, which I appreciate it. I can’t wait till some additional improvements are made and channel integration so that I can happily give five stars for the this app app.
I am a single property manager. This software meets most of my needs but more important, I have experienced no glitches or outages. Dependability and continuous improvement is what we need is this field, thanks!

I love the dashboard and would like to suggest to add also on the dashboard, the revenue for each property and if possible the total revenue per day, per 7 days and per month.

Love the new this app revision. I have been using this app for 6 years now and they just keep getting better and faster. Love the new images, the access to the most useful information as soon as you open Lodgify and the ease to add manual reservations or edit guest info when needed.

I enjoyed the original app, but all it did was show me the reservation list in the calendar, but this now has almost the same functionality that I need for every day use as the online version. Now that our lives are so mobile, it’s great to have an app that is as mobile as we are.
I love Lodgify and its many enhancements. It’s quick, responsive and I’m able to use it for most tasks I previously had to go to the website version for. Great to have and be able to manage my properties while on my phone away from home. You can tell the time and thought that has gone into making this as user friendly as possible. And the support is outstanding! The Product Manager and her team are refreshingly responsive. Can’t wait to see what future enhancements are in store!

I just start my membership with this app, after my trial period and with the help of Mirko Nakic, I learn to use all the tools that can maximize my rental experience. For me the Channel Manager to administrate all my properties without going manually to each web is the best. Also, really happy with the super user-friendly app that they develop. Highly recommended to anyone that have short term rental properties.
This is my go to all day and night while on the go. Not sure how people do STR without it.
